All prices were seen in October 2026 and rates change; where 2027 peak rates are not posted, the table says so.

What the peak-season rates look like

Desert Hills, the city course

Desert Hills has the clearest rate card in Yuma. Its January to March table, seen October 2026, is the city's highest tier: $75 with a cart or $55 walking before 11 AM, $59 or $45 from 11 AM to 1 PM, and $49 or $40 after 1 PM. Nine holes cost $49 or $40 and are only sold on the early back nine or after 2 PM. The table prints no year and has been unchanged since at least April 2026, so it is the expected rate for January to March 2027, not a confirmed one. The Desert Hills course guide has the full detail.

Las Barrancas and its sister courses

Las Barrancas posts one in-season rate, $65 for 18 with a cart, and a nine-hole rate of $35. It defines its season as October 1 to April 30, so the same $65 is expected through March, but no separate January to March rate is published. Its sister courses, Foothills Executive ($35 for nine) and Foothills Par 3 ($20 for nine), post single rates too. The Las Barrancas course guide covers tees and booking.

Mesa del Sol

Mesa del Sol posts no rate sheet. Its online engine uses dynamic pricing, and times are prepaid with a 48-hour cancellation rule. In late October 2026 weekday 18-hole rates with a cart stepped down from $55 before about 11 AM to $35 from 2 PM. Winter 2026-27 public rates were not loaded as of October 23, 2026. See the Mesa del Sol course guide for its passes.

Wellton

Coyote Wash's FY 2026-27 brochure lists maximum rates of $70 with a cart or $65 with your own private cart, and says seasonal rates fluctuate below that. A replay is $15. Butterfield's latest posted sheet (FY 2025-26) charges $30 before 1 PM and $24 after for 18; the 2026-27 sheet had not been posted.

Shoulder and summer rates

Rates fall in two steps after peak season. Desert Hills' last archived spring table (April-May 2025) was $65 with a cart or $45 walking before 11 AM, $55 or $35 midday and $45 or $25 after 1 PM. Its summer table (July-October 2024, the last official one found) was $49 or $30 before 11 AM, $39 or $25 midday and $35 or $20 from 1 to 4 PM. The spring 2026 and summer 2026 tables were not seen.

Las Barrancas does not publish summer rack rates, but its service-member rate drops from $50 to $30 on May 1, which points to a lower summer rate. Our Yuma summer golf guide covers summer play, and cheap golf in Yuma lists every twilight and late-day deal.

Yuma golf rates for service members, juniors and families

Several courses publish lower rates for set groups. These were the posted figures in October 2026:

Course Who Rate
Las BarrancasActive or retired military, law enforcement, first responders, firefighters, Homeland Security, Border Patrol$50 with cart Oct 1-Apr 30; $30 May 1-Sep 30
Las BarrancasJuniors 15-17$10
Foothills ExecutiveSame service groups$25 in season; $15 out of season
Foothills ExecutiveJuniors 15-17$5
Coyote Wash and Butterfield17 and underFree
Desert HillsJuniors with a paying adultFree (2025 rate pages)

Desert Hills' 2024 and 2025 rate pages also gave military $5 off before 11 AM, but the current January to March table does not repeat it, so ask. No Yuma-area senior card or city-wide winter-resident rate was found; where senior rates exist, each course sets them, and none of the courses above posts one.

How to read Yuma golf rates

  • Rate pages lag the tee sheets. Las Barrancas posts $55 twilight but sold $35 and $25 late times on Oct 24, 2026. Check the live sheet.
  • Online-only prices. Mesa del Sol's online rates apply only to online bookings; the counter rate may be higher.
  • Walk to save. Desert Hills walking rates are $9 to $20 lower than riding in January to March.
  • Passes change the maths. If you are staying weeks, compare a pass or punch card; see Yuma golf passes.
  • Season dates differ. Use the "when rates change" column, and see the best time to golf in Yuma for crowds and weather.

Booking rules matter as much as price in winter; our guide to Yuma tee times in winter covers them. For a comparison with Utah, see St. George green fees.

Plan it on the map

The Yuma golf map shows every course with its price range and drive time from downtown, so you can match a budget to a base. The $30 plan turns these Yuma golf rates into a day-by-day trip or a whole winter stay, with a weekly rotation that puts the cheaper courses on the right days.

Questions golfers ask

How much is a round of golf in Yuma?

Most full-length 18-hole rounds with a cart cost $35 to $75, seen October 2026. Desert Hills is $75 with a cart before 11 AM in January to March, Las Barrancas posts $65, and Mesa del Sol was $35 to $55 in late October. Par-3 and nine-hole courses cost $10 to $35.

When do Yuma golf rates go up for winter?

It depends on the course. Las Barrancas counts October 1 to April 30 as its season, and Desert Hills moves to its highest table in January, after a lower November-December table. Wellton's courses set rates by fiscal year, July 1 to June 30.

Are 2027 peak green fees posted in Yuma yet?

Only partly. Desert Hills shows a January to March table with no year printed, Las Barrancas has one posted rate, and Coyote Wash lists a FY 2026-27 maximum of $70 with cart. Mesa del Sol had not loaded its winter 2026-27 rates as of October 23, 2026.

Do Yuma green fees include a cart?

At most Foothills courses, yes: Las Barrancas and Mesa del Sol include the cart. Coyote Wash's 18-hole rate with cart includes it too. Desert Hills prices riding and walking separately, and Butterfield rents carts on top of the green fee ($16 for 18).

When are Yuma golf rates lowest?

From May to September. Las Barrancas' out-of-season period starts May 1 (only its service-member rate is published, $30 instead of $50), and the last official Desert Hills summer table (July to October 2024) was $49 with a cart before 11 AM. Summer heat limits golf to early mornings.

How much is Yuma Golf and Country Club for visitors?

Its public rates are not published. Non-members can book public times through the club's own EZLinks page up to 7 days ahead, but the prices could not be read as of October 2026. Call 928-726-4210.

Why does Mesa del Sol's price change every time I look?

Its booking engine uses dynamic pricing, so rates move with demand and how far ahead you book. Online times are prepaid, and the online rate applies only to online bookings, so the rate at the counter may be higher.
