Your golf trip plan is made for you, from your own trip details, as soon as you pay. Because of that, all purchases are final and we don't offer refunds, including for extra changes.

If something isn't right

• Your plan hasn't arrived: check your spam folder, then email us. We'll send it again.
• Something in your plan doesn't match what you asked for: use your included set of changes, or email us and we'll correct it.

Bookings you make

Bookings you make with courses, hotels, airlines or rental companies are between you and them. Their own cancellation rules apply.
