Where to eat in Mesquite NV on a golf trip comes down to three things: an early breakfast close to your hotel, a clubhouse grill for lunch, and one good dinner. The best-rated spots on Google were Fat Dough Artisan Bakery, LAMA Peruvian, Gregory's Mesquite Grill at Eureka, Chicago Greek and D Thai Bistro, with Katherine's at CasaBlanca the other steakhouse choice.

- Virgin River Cafe at Virgin River Casino. Opens 6 AM (Sunday to Thursday to 10 PM, Friday and Saturday to 11 PM). Google 4.0 from 1,320 reviews. The October 2026 All-in Breakfast Skillet was $15.99.
- Cups Coffee To Go at Virgin River, 6 AM to 5 PM daily.
- Golden West Restaurant & Casino, 91 E Mesquite Blvd. Open 24 hours, Google 4.3 from 747 reviews.
- Peggy Sue's, 380 N Sandhill Blvd. A retro diner with 3,332 Google reviews (3.9), about a minute's walk from the Best Western.
- Jersey Joe's Diner at CasaBlanca. Breakfast through dinner; Google 4.2 from 30 reviews.
- Mason Street Courtyard at Eureka. Opens 8 AM, with a breakfast buffet Monday to Saturday from 8 to 11 AM. Fine for a mid-morning winter tee time, too late for a summer dawn start.
Hampton Inn & Suites and the Best Western both include a free hot breakfast (the Best Western's 6 to 9 AM hours come from an older listing). At Holiday Inn Resort Mesquite, the Purple Sage restaurant is closed for renovation through fall 2026.

A few notes for planning:
Wolf Creek's Terrace (Wolf Creek course guide) reopened with the remodeled clubhouse in early October 2026. Dinner there is served only on Fridays and Saturdays from October to June, 4 to 8 PM. Phone (702) 345-6701.
The 1880 Grille at Conestoga (Conestoga course guide) serves breakfast through dinner, with a sports bar overlooking the 18th, so it works for an after-round drink if you finish in time. Google showed it closing at 7 PM, and one reviewer found the kitchen closed at 1 PM on a Saturday, so check hours before planning lunch. Conestoga allows no outside food or drink on the course.
Scotty's at Falcon Ridge is a daytime bar and grill. Google showed it open from 7 AM and closing at 5 PM on the day it was read.
The Oasis Palmer and Oasis Canyons clubhouse is a 29,000-square-foot building shared by both courses. The Grille Room serves breakfast and lunch with a full bar. Visit Mesquite also lists a restaurant called Guru's at the Oasis (breakfast, lunch and select dinners); whether it replaced the Grille Room name was not confirmed.
CasaBlanca Golf Club has a deli and bar, and the resort's restaurants are 3 minutes away by road.
Palms in Littlefield, Arizona has a pro shop, and an August 2026 reviewer noted there is no liquor license on site. Eat before or after in town.
Coyote Springs is about an hour southwest of Mesquite with little else nearby, so plan to eat there. Mitch's serves breakfast from 7 to 11 AM daily, carts come with side coolers stocked with ice and water, and no outside coolers are allowed. CasaBlanca Resort
- Katherine's Steakhouse: USDA Prime steaks and seafood. Dining room 4 to 9 PM, lounge 3 to 10 PM; reservations recommended. Google 4.3 (551).
- Jersey Joe's Diner: breakfast through dinner, with waffles, cheesesteak egg rolls and burgers. Google showed it closing at 11 PM.
- Ritas & Fajitas: regional Mexican with Mesquite's only dedicated tequila bar. Hours not published.
- Bars: Sky Bar, Players Bar, Katherine's Lounge, the poolside Splash Bar and a sportsbook.
Off site, the resort's walking list (approximate) puts McDonald's, Subway, Domino's and the Walmart Supercenter about 10 to 11 minutes away on foot.
Eureka Casino Resort
- Gregory's Mesquite Grill: steakhouse, Google 4.6 (1,001). Wednesday to Sunday 4 to 9 PM, early bird 4 to 5, reservations 702-346-4646. Dress code: no hats, tank tops, flip-flops or team apparel. Closed Monday and Tuesday. It also has four private dining rooms for groups.
- Mason Street Courtyard: casual American, Google 4.0 (693). Sunday to Thursday 8 AM to 10 PM, Friday and Saturday to midnight.
- Town Square Buffet: Sunday brunch 9 AM to 1 PM; Friday and Saturday surf-and-turf 4 to 8 PM.
- Sportsbook food: Monday to Friday 4 to 8 PM, weekends 10 AM to 8 PM.
- Bars: Seasons Bar (24 hours), Gold Bar and the Parlor Bar.
Virgin River's restaurants are across the street, about 5 minutes on foot.
Virgin River Casino & Lodge
Virgin River Casino & Lodge has the most choice under one roof: Virgin River Cafe, Sierra's Buffet, 88 Seats (Chinese, 11 AM to 9 PM), Cups Coffee To Go, a Burger King (Sunday to Thursday 8 AM to 11 PM, Friday and Saturday to 1 AM) and front-desk grab-and-go food from 10 PM. Sierra's breakfast is $14.99 from 8 to 10 AM, nightly theme dinners run $22.99 to $28.99, and Thursday is barbecue with a free beer. The Long Bar and the bowling bar cover drinks.
Hampton, Best Western and Holiday Inn
None of these has a working restaurant in fall 2026. The Best Western and Holiday Inn sit on Sandhill Blvd, where Peggy Sue's, Thai House, Taco Bell and Starbucks are a minute or two away on foot, and Smith's, Cafe Rio and Dutch Bros about four. From the Hampton, the walking list shows Domino's about 4 minutes, Subway 5, Walmart 6 to 7 and Poncho's Taco Shop 7. All walking times are approximate map estimates.

Steakhouse night: Katherine's or Gregory's?
For one big dinner, the usual question is which steakhouse. Both are casino steakhouses a few minutes apart. Gregory's has the higher Google score (4.6 against 4.3) and nearly twice the reviews, plus an early bird hour, but it is closed Monday and Tuesday and has a dress code. Katherine's lists no closed days in its published hours, and its lounge runs to 10 PM, which helps on the nights Gregory's is shut. Book either for a group on a weekend.
