A few things stand out. Oasis Palmer's Red tees carry the lowest women's slope of any 18 in town (112), with Wolf Creek's Classics (113) next and Falcon Ridge's Maroon and Conestoga's Jade (both 115) close behind. Oasis Canyons is the stiffer of the two Oasis courses for forward-tee players (125). Wolf Creek's Signature tees are a fair men's option at 4,809 yards and a 116 slope, which lets a couple play the town's showpiece without the 147-slope tips.
CasaBlanca: the easy first round
CasaBlanca is low, flat and windy, very different from the canyon courses up the hill. Carts can reach most of the course, which is unusual in Mesquite. There is water on 13 holes, but reviewers say that from the forward tees it is mostly visual and the bunkers are the real threat. Play in the morning, because afternoon wind is the course's main defense.
Fall 2026 mornings were $160 ($180 on Saturday, Oct 24), dropping to $130 from Nov 18. Twilight was $100 from 1 PM in late October and $90 from noon from Nov 18. The cart is included.
Oasis Palmer: short, precise and two to a cart
The Oasis Palmer course is the friendlier of the two Oasis layouts and has eight sets of tees. It is target golf, and the red-staked environmental areas on #5 to #8 are no-entry, so take your drop and move on. Carts take two players, with a 90-degree rule on par 4s and 5s and path-only on par 3s. Recommended pace is 4 hours 30 minutes.
Fall 2026 rack rates were $190 in the morning and $130 after (through Nov 28). The range is cheap ($5, $8 or $12 a bucket) and rental sets are $75 a day ($50 twilight), so a partner who flew without clubs is covered. The dress code is strict: no denim anywhere, including the range.
Falcon Ridge and Palms
Falcon Ridge has plateau tees and big drops at a friendlier length, with GPS carts and new back-nine greens for 2026. Its tiered afternoon prices suit couples who would rather sleep in: in winter, $95 from about 11:40 AM, $80 from 1 PM and $72.50 from 2 PM.
Palms, in Littlefield, Arizona, has a palm-lined, wide front nine and a canyon back nine. It was $134 for fall 2026 mornings and $109 from about Nov 19. In winter Arizona is one hour ahead of Mesquite, so confirm which clock your tee time is on.
Wolf Creek from the right tees
The Wolf Creek course guide covers the details. For couples, the points are these: late-October 2026 mornings were $360 on weekdays and $390 on weekends, the club says rounds will most likely exceed five hours, and the terrain makes it cart-only in practice. One round is plenty for most mixed-ability pairs.
Will we be paired with other players?
Probably, at the busy courses. Wolf Creek books foursomes only and may pair singles and twosomes, and Oasis says it may do the same. If playing alone as a pair matters, ask the shop when booking, and look at winter dates, when tee sheets are quieter.
If one of you does not play, Coyote Springs, about an hour southwest of town, publishes a $35 ride-along fee for non-golfers. The Mesquite courses don't publish a ride-along rule, so call first.

Hampton Inn & Suites suits couples who want no casino at all. A studio suite was $113 on Tue Nov 10.

The Terrace at Wolf Creek. Breakfast and lunch daily, and dinner on Fridays and Saturdays from October to June, 4 to 8 PM, in the clubhouse remodeled in early October 2026.
