Mesquite NV golf packages: what stay-and-play really includes, and when to book it yourself

Mesquite NV golf packages come in three kinds: casino-resort room-and-golf deals booked by phone (CasaBlanca, Virgin River, Eureka), the Wolf Creek stay-and-play sold with the Eureka, and third-party bundles from national golf travel sellers. Almost none of them post prices online, so the real comparison is a phone quote against what you can book yourself. Packages are worth it for CasaBlanca and the Palms, for Wolf Creek priority, and for earlier Oasis tee times; for everything else, booking it yourself is simple.

Here is what each option actually includes, what we could and could not confirm, and a worked example of a do-it-yourself trip.

The main Mesquite golf packages

CasaBlanca and Mesquite Gaming room-and-golf

Mesquite Gaming owns CasaBlanca and Virgin River Casino & Lodge, plus two courses: CasaBlanca Golf Club, next to the resort, and the Palms Golf Club across the state line in Littlefield, Arizona. The CasaBlanca golf package guide prices the room-and-golf deal in detail.

What is confirmed (read October 23, 2026):

• 20% off a Room and Golf Package for hotel guests, advertised on the official golf page. No package prices are posted.
• Book by phone with the Golf Package Coordinator at 877-438-2929. The online hotel booking engine does not sell golf packages.
• Group leader perk: golf groups playing CasaBlanca and/or Palms can get a free room and golf for the group leader.
• Virgin River: a Mesquite Gaming page still says "Room and Golf Packages starting at $89", with no dates, inclusions or per-person basis given.

The "$99 Stay & Play" that some older listings mention was not found on the official site. Treat any specific package price as something to confirm on the phone.

For reference when you get a quote: CasaBlanca's resort-rate golf ran $160 in the morning and the Palms $134 in late October 2026, and CasaBlanca rooms showed about $111 on a Tuesday in November and $152 on a Saturday (seen October 2026, before tax). Wolf Creek and the Eureka

Wolf Creek is Mesquite's Golf Digest top-100 public course (#59 on America's 100 Greatest Public Courses, 2025-26), and the one most groups want to play. Its stay-and-play packages go through Wolf Creek Vacations (866-252-4653) and pair it with the Eureka Casino Resort. The Eureka also runs its own golf desk (866-582-5386, golf@eurekanv.com). It advertises preferred access to Wolf Creek through a partnership, and it books Wolf Creek, Conestoga, Oasis Palmer and Canyons, Falcon Ridge, CasaBlanca and Palms, six St. George courses and Coyote Springs. Quotes are on request; no package prices are posted.

That one-call setup is the main reason to use a package in Mesquite. Wolf Creek's own booking window is not published, so having a desk that books it alongside the rest of your rounds takes a lot of the uncertainty out.

Oasis: the 180-day booking advantage

The two Oasis courses, Oasis Palmer and Oasis Canyons, let stay-and-play package guests book tee times 180 days ahead, against 60 days for the public. For a March trip, that is the difference between booking in September and booking in January. Guests at Masters Villas Resort at Paradise Canyon, next to the Oasis range, qualify for the Oasis resident rate (amount not published).

Third-party stay-and-play

National sellers also bundle Mesquite hotels with golf. Prices seen in 2026 listings, not re-verified:

Other local deals

• Mesquite Vacation Rentals runs a complimentary activities program for stays under 27 days that it says includes golf. Travel Nevada names daily tee times at Coyote Willows; exact terms are not posted.
• Historic Beaver Dam Lodge sells room-and-golf for its own 9-hole par-3 course, Beaver Dam Lodge, by phone. No prices are posted, and the course's 2026 operation is not confirmed.

Booking it yourself

Every course in Mesquite takes direct public bookings online or by phone, and most hotels sell rooms online. Doing it yourself gives you full control over courses and tee times, and it is the only way to chase dynamic-pricing dips and twilight rates.

A worked example

Here is a do-it-yourself price for two golfers sharing one room for three midweek nights in mid-November 2026, built from prices seen October 23, 2026. Taxes are extra, and rates change.

That is about $196 per golfer per night, with three good courses. You would need a phone quote to see whether a package beats it for the same courses.

Swap in Wolf Creek ($360 weekday mornings in late October 2026) and the total jumps, which is exactly when a Eureka or Wolf Creek Vacations quote is worth getting.

Package or do-it-yourself: how to decide

Whichever you choose, check cancellation rules. Wolf Creek charges for cancellations inside 48 hours (groups of 11 or fewer), Conestoga and Coyote Springs inside 48 hours, and Oasis the full green fee inside 24 hours. Mesquite Vacation Rentals keeps everything if you cancel within 30 days of arrival.

What to ask when you call for a package quote

Because so few Mesquite packages post prices, the phone call is where the comparison happens. Ask:

1. Which courses and tee times are included? Is Wolf Creek in or out, and are the tee times guaranteed or requested?
2. Is the price per person or per room, and at what occupancy? Several third-party prices above are per person per night, and GolfTroop's assumes double occupancy.
3. Are taxes and the resort fee included?
4. Is a cart included? Most Mesquite green fees include one, but check.
5. What is the cancellation policy for the rooms and for each round?
6. For groups: what do you offer the organizer? At Mesquite Gaming, it is a free room and golf for the group leader.

Then price the same courses and nights yourself, using the rates on each course's booking engine.

Watch for resort fees

CasaBlanca and the Eureka both charge a $12.99 nightly resort fee plus tax. Virgin River, Hampton and Masters Villas list none. Some third-party packages include resort fees and some don't, so ask.
