Mesquite tee times booking windows: how far ahead each course opens, and how to book

The Mesquite tee times booking window runs from 30 to 120 days ahead, depending on the course. CasaBlanca and Palms open 120 days out, Falcon Ridge up to 90, the two Oasis courses 60 (or 180 with a stay-and-play package) and Conestoga 55 for the public. Wolf Creek and Coyote Springs don't publish a window, so book them as early as their systems allow.

Mesquite booking windows at a glance

All figures were read from the courses' own sites and booking engines on or before October 23, 2026. Courses change their rules, so confirm when you book.

Course-by-course booking notes

CasaBlanca and Palms (120 days)

Both Mesquite Gaming courses use the same rGuest engine, which allows bookings up to 120 days out. On Oct 23, 2026, though, prices were loaded only through Jan 21, 2027; later tee times appeared without a price. So the window is open, but peak-season prices may not be. Room-and-golf packages, with an advertised 20% discount, go through the Golf Package Coordinator at 877-438-2929.

Both tee sheets close for the Nevada Open and resort tournaments. Neither showed public online times from Nov 3 to 7, 2026, and CasaBlanca had none on Thanksgiving.

Falcon Ridge (up to 90 days)

The official site says up to 90 days, and on Oct 23, 2026 the Chronogolf sheet already showed public times through Jun 7, 2027 and nothing after. Two quirks:

• Online bookings always show the public rate. A resident discount exists (amount not published) and is applied at check-in, but only if you booked within 30 days.
• Bookings are confirmed only by email: "No Confirmation Email = No Booking". If nothing arrives, call 702-346-6363.

Oasis Palmer and Canyons (60, 180 or 30 days)

The two Oasis courses have three windows:

• Public rack rate: 60 days.
• Stay-and-play package guests: 180 days.
• Residents: 30 days. The resident rate covers verified Clark County, Nevada and Washington County, Utah residents, so St. George locals qualify, plus Master Villas timeshare guests. The online engine shows rack rates until residency is verified at the shop. Call 702-346-7820 for resident prices.

The 180-day package window is the longest published individual window in Mesquite (Coyote Springs lets groups of 16 or more book up to a year ahead) and the main reason to buy a package for a peak-season trip. See Mesquite NV golf packages.

Conestoga (55 days)

The public books 55 days ahead in foreUP (the 2026 rate sheet says 56). Sun City Mesquite residents get 58 days and Frontier pass holders 60, and those classes open at 6 AM, so locals get first look at each new day. A credit card is required, and a Noteefy waitlist is available.

This matters in practice: in late October 2026, open public times were scarce on the live sheet, and many November and December days showed none. Prices are dynamic, too; the live sheet ran above the published band on some days. Book the day your date opens, and use the waitlist if it is already full. The Conestoga course guide has the rates.

Wolf Creek (not published)

Wolf Creek does not publish a booking window. Public online booking runs on EZLinks, linked from the rates page, or by phone at 866-252-4653. On Oct 23, 2026 the engine accepted date searches up to 365 days out, but rate limiting stopped any check of how far ahead tee times were actually loaded. Stay-and-play packages go through Wolf Creek Vacations, and the Eureka Casino Resort's golf desk advertises preferred access.

Coyote Springs (not published)

No public window is published. On Oct 23, 2026 GolfNow had times loaded through Jan 21, 2027, about 90 days out, and nothing after. The club's own ezLinks site allows date searches up to 365 days but its results could not be read. Non-residents book at the visitor ezLinks site; Nevada residents, Washington County, Utah residents and Coyote Club members use a separate resident site. Both 1st-tee and 10th-tee starts are bookable. Groups of 16 or more can book up to a year ahead.

Coyote Willows and Beaver Dam Lodge

Coyote Willows takes online bookings 30 days out on Chronogolf; call for dates further ahead. Its website says tee times run 6 AM to noon, but the online sheet seen in October 2026 ran into mid-afternoon. Beaver Dam Lodge has no online booking: call, and call at least 24 hours ahead if you want an earlier tee time. Its 2026 operation is not confirmed.

Booking tips for Mesquite golf

1. Count back from your dates. For a mid-March round, CasaBlanca and Palms open around mid-November, Falcon Ridge around mid-December, Oasis around mid-January and Conestoga around Jan 19. These are simple counts, not published opening dates.
2. Book the long windows first. Lock in CasaBlanca, Palms and Falcon Ridge, then fill Oasis and Conestoga as their windows open.
3. Check the price, not just the time. If a far-out date shows a time with no price, prices have not been loaded yet.
4. Watch for blocked weeks. Tournaments (the Nevada Open in early November), holidays and overseed closures in September all remove tee times. See the September overseed guide.
5. Mind the clock. Mesquite tee times are Pacific. St. George is one hour ahead all year, and from Nov 1, 2026 to Mar 14, 2027 the Arizona side is one hour ahead too. Which clock the Palms and Beaver Dam Lodge use in winter was not verified, so ask. More in our Mesquite time zone guide.
