Mesquite NV Golf Hotels: Where Golfers Should Stay

The main Mesquite NV golf hotels are three casino resorts (CasaBlanca, Eureka and Virgin River), three smoke-free chain hotels (Hampton Inn & Suites, Best Western and Holiday Inn Resort), and villas, condos and rental homes for groups. Everything in town is within about 13 minutes of the Mesquite golf courses, so choose by room type, price and whether you want a casino, not by distance.

Rates below were seen in October 2026 for stays from October 2026 to mid-2027. They change constantly, and some properties publish none.

The east side of town (Eureka, Virgin River, Best Western, Holiday Inn, Masters Villas) is closest to Oasis, Wolf Creek and Palms. The west side (CasaBlanca, Hampton) is closest to Falcon Ridge. Conestoga is 8 to 10 minutes from nearly everywhere.

The casino resorts

CasaBlanca Resort, Casino, Golf & Spa

The only Mesquite hotel with an 18-hole course on property: CasaBlanca Golf Club, a flat river-bottom layout with water on 13 holes that hosts the Nevada Open. The same owner, Mesquite Gaming, runs Palms. The official golf page offers 20% off a room-and-golf package for hotel guests through the Golf Package Coordinator (877-438-2929), with no prices posted, and golf groups playing CasaBlanca or Palms can get a free room and golf for the group leader.

The online calendar showed a Deluxe 2 Queen at $102.09 Sunday to Thursday in December 2026 and $111.09 on midweek dates in February 2027, with Saturdays at $152.49 to $197.49. Those figures appear to include the $12.99 resort fee; tax is extra. There is a full spa (day pass $35), Katherine's Steakhouse, a pool and an RV park. The casino has designated smoking areas. Eureka Casino Resort

No course on site, but the resort advertises preferred access to Wolf Creek through a partnership, and its golf desk (866-582-5386) books Wolf Creek, Conestoga, both Oasis courses, Falcon Ridge, CasaBlanca, Palms, six St. George courses and Coyote Springs, with quotes on request. Live rates could not be read on the official engine; Kayak's past-year averages ran about $111 to $195, with Sundays much cheaper. Resort fee $12.99 a night. Gregory's Mesquite Grill is the steakhouse (closed Monday and Tuesday). Reviewers say the hotel wing is separate from the casino.

Virgin River Casino & Lodge

The cheapest beds in town and no resort fee on the official engine. Seen in October 2026: $46.80 Sunday to Thursday in December and January, $52.20 on Tue Nov 10, and $93.60 on most Saturdays in spring 2027. With about 715 rooms, including ground-floor two-queen rooms, it handles big groups. The trade-offs: older, motel-style rooms (book the "All-new" or "Refreshed" types), a smoky casino you cross to check in, and smoking rooms still sold, so ask for a non-smoking building. A Mesquite Gaming page still says room-and-golf packages start at $89, with no dates or inclusions given.

The smoke-free hotels

Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Mesquite

Smoke-free and casino-free, with free hot breakfast, an outdoor pool and hot tub, and Falcon Ridge across the street. On hilton.com, a King or 2 Queen was $105 on Tue Nov 10, 2026 and $112 on Tue Mar 9, 2027, with Saturday Mar 13, 2027 at $160 to $168. No restaurant or bar, and the minimum check-in age is 21. Best Western Mesquite Inn

A simple two-story motor inn on Sandhill Blvd: park at your door, load the clubs straight into the car, and walk to Peggy Sue's, Starbucks, Smith's and Cafe Rio. Free hot breakfast. Hotels.com and Expedia rate it 8.8/10 (1,009 reviews). No live rate could be read; the only price found was an undated $93 for a late-November stay. Wolf Creek is 5 minutes away.

Holiday Inn Resort Mesquite

A 209-room IHG hotel, smoke-free and casino-free, next to the Best Western, with connecting rooms, bunk rooms and free parking for vans and trailers. It is mid-renovation: the pool area is under construction through fall 2026 (the pool stays open) and the restaurant is closed through the fall. Rates are third-party only; guests in late 2025 and early 2026 reported paying about $105 to $139 a night.

Villas, condos and rental homes

Masters Villas Resort at Paradise Canyon

Two-bedroom, two-bath villas of about 1,650 square feet that sleep six, each with a full kitchen, an attached two-car garage and a golf cart, right next to the Oasis range. Non-owners pay $200 a night per villa, two-night minimum, when Bonus Time is available. You book by phone, owners get first pick, and stays shorter than a week open only 90 days out. The Oasis course record notes that Masters Villas guests qualify for the Oasis resident rate (amount not published). Check-out is 10 AM.

Highland Estates Resort

Condo-style units with kitchens and two pools, about 4 minutes from Oasis. Information is thin: the official site could not be read, and the only rate seen was C$186 a night on Kayak.ca for Oct 30, 2026. Some reviews call the units dated. Call before booking.

Mesquite Vacation Rentals

The main local manager for condos and homes in golf communities, including Wolf Creek. Units sleep 8 to 16, and some homes have private pools. The company advertises complimentary activities for stays under 27 days that include some golf, with terms not posted. Prices appear only when you search dates. Across the line: Historic Beaver Dam Lodge

An 18-room roadside lodge in Beaver Dam, Arizona, with its own 9-hole all-par-3 course, a bar and an RV park, about 15 to 21 minutes from most Mesquite courses. Guest scores are low (6.2/10 on Travelocity), the official site has not been updated since 2021-22, and 2026 operation is likely but not confirmed. It keeps Arizona time, one hour ahead of Mesquite from Nov 1, 2026 to Mar 14, 2027.
