Mesquite golf condo rentals: villas, vacation homes and what works for groups

Mesquite golf condo rentals come in three forms: Masters Villas, two-bedroom timeshare villas on the Oasis range with a golf cart and garage at $200 a night; Highland Estates, budget condo units near Oasis and Wolf Creek; and Mesquite Vacation Rentals homes sleeping 8 to 16. For groups, two villas often beat hotel rooms.

Mesquite golf condo rentals compared

Masters Villas Resort at Paradise Canyon

This is the closest thing Mesquite has to a golf condo on the course. The ground-level villas sit in Paradise Canyon next to Oasis Golf Club, and guest reviews from 2024 say the driving range is right outside the back door, with free range balls. Each villa is about 1,650 sq ft with two bedrooms and two baths, sleeps up to six, and comes with a full kitchen, a barbecue, an attached two-car garage for clubs and a golf cart.

Golf perks. Masters Villas guests qualify for the Oasis Golf Club resident rate (the amount isn't published; call 702-346-7820). The resort also says owners and guests get reduced rates at some Mesquite courses, without naming them.

Booking. It is a timeshare, so non-owners book Bonus Time by phone at 702-345-6700. The posted rate is $200 per villa per night with a two-night minimum, the same in every season. Full weeks are prioritized for owners, stays shorter than a week open only 90 days out, and availability is unknown until you call.

Policies. Check-in is 4 PM at the Owner Services office (lockbox after 6 PM if arranged); check-out is 10 AM, with a $50-per-hour late fee. Only ADA service animals are allowed, with fines of $500 or more for violations. There is no restaurant on site; the Eureka and Virgin River restaurants are about 3 minutes' drive, and Smith's grocery about 4.

Highland Estates Resort

A quiet hillside condotel converted from apartments, with studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units, two outdoor pools, a hot tub, a fitness room and tennis. It is 4 minutes from the Oasis courses and 5 from Wolf Creek.

Details are thin. The official site couldn't be read, listings disagree on whether units have full kitchens or kitchenettes, the on-site restaurant's hours are unverified (one listing calls it Cinnamon Cafe; reviews say it closes Mondays), and some reviews call the units dated with hard beds. There's no after-hours check-in per Hotels.com, and no pets. The only price seen was Kayak.ca from C$186 a night with fees for Friday, October 30, 2026 (C$187 to C$256 by rate). It rates 4.3 on Google from 362 reviews.

Call 702-346-0871 before booking, and book two or more two-bedroom units directly for a group.

Mesquite Vacation Rentals

The main local manager for golf-community condos and houses, with its office at 305 Calais Dr in west Mesquite. It manages units in Wolf Creek, Hawk Ridge, The Springs, Val Vista, Stone Haven, Cambria and Hayden Estates. Its "Golf Groups" page lists 2 and 3-bedroom units sleeping 8 to 10, mostly 3-bedroom, 2-bath condos listed for 10 (some say 6 adults, which is more realistic for golfers). The largest homes sleep up to 16, and some have private pools; at one 3-bedroom house in the Cascades by Wolf Creek, pool heating costs $100 a night.

Golf perks. For stays under 27 days, it advertises complimentary activities "valued at $510" that it says include some golf. Travel Nevada names daily tee times at Coyote Willows, and one property page mentions free golf at Coyote Willows, Sun River and Coral Canyon. The exact terms (how many rounds, which tee times) aren't posted, so get them in writing.

Booking and fees. The site says no booking fees are added, but cleaning fees aren't shown and prices appear only when you search dates. Check-in is 4 PM (early from 1 PM for $25 if available) and check-out 11 AM (late to 1 PM for $25).

The catch. Cancellation is strict: 30 or more days before arrival you get a refund minus a 10% processing fee and an admin fee; inside 30 days you forfeit everything. Listed guest counts can exceed realistic adult capacity, so check bed counts.

Rental or hotel rooms: the group math

Per-night cost for 8 golfers, before tax, using prices seen October 23, 2026 (dates differ by property, so treat this as a rough guide):

Two villas cost about the same as four standard rooms at CasaBlanca or the Hampton, and give each golfer more space, two kitchens, two garages and two golf carts, plus the Oasis resident rate. At 12 golfers in the same two villas it drops to about $33 each. Virgin River is cheaper, but you share a room and cross a smoky casino to check in. CasaBlanca also has poolside Bungalows with kitchenettes (the Bungalow King sleeps 6), and the Eureka Casino Resort has a two-bedroom Double Eagle Suite; neither price was posted.

Booking tips for Mesquite golf condo rentals

• Line up the rental before the golf. Masters Villas opens stays shorter than a week only 90 days out, while Oasis public tee times open 60 days out, so you can confirm the villa first and then book the courses next door.
• Ask about the Oasis resident rate when you book a Masters Villa, and how the Oasis shop verifies it at check-in.
• Check bed counts, not guest counts. Mesquite Vacation Rentals' listed guest numbers can exceed realistic adult capacity.
• Ask about cleaning fees. Neither Masters Villas nor Mesquite Vacation Rentals shows them up front.
• Get the golf perk terms in writing at Mesquite Vacation Rentals: which course, how many rounds and which tee times.
• Mind check-out times. Masters Villas is 10 AM with a $50-per-hour late fee; Mesquite Vacation Rentals is 11 AM, or 1 PM for $25 if available. Plan the last morning's tee time around them.
• Use Pacific time. All of these are in Mesquite, one hour behind St. George.
