Scorecard: Tucson golf rates: green fees by season at every course open to visitors

Tucson golf rates in fall 2026 ran about $35 to $86 for 18 with a cart at most public courses, with summer hot deals as low as $18.99 and peak resort rounds well over $200. Few courses publish a rate card; most price dynamically or through tee-time sites, so the number depends on the date and time you book.

This guide collects every Tucson golf rate in our research, by course and season, with the date each was seen. Rates change, sometimes daily, so use it to compare courses and then check the tee sheet.

How Tucson golf rates change through the year

Tucson golf has three price seasons. Summer (about May to September) brings the lowest rates of the year, because highs average 92F in May and 101F in June. Fall overseed in late September and October brings closures, cart-path-only days and sometimes reduced rates. Then prices climb from October to peak season, January to April, when snowbirds fill the tee sheets.

Each club sets its own calendar. Quail Creek's 2026 prime season ran January 1 to May 31 and October 1 to December 31, with summer June 1 to September 30. SaddleBrooke One's winter rate period runs November 1 to May 31. The jump is real: San Ignacio went from $27.99 to $43.99 in September 2026 to mostly $51 to $72 in late October.

Dell Urich shares the Randolph "from $50" winter figure. No 2026 rate card could be read for the city courses or for Canoa Ranch or Fred Enke.

Resort course rates

Resort golf is where the numbers are thinnest.

  • Starr Pass: no rates readable online on October 26, 2026; GolfNow and TeeOff showed no times. Cart included.
  • Omni Tucson National Catalina and Sonoran: no 2026 rate card readable. Kids 5 to 15 play free with a full-paying adult on an Omni offer page (dates not confirmed).
  • Ventana Canyon Mountain and Canyon: shared between members and guests of Loews Ventana Canyon and the Lodge. An undated third-party page quoted winter rates; we do not treat them as current.
  • Sewailo: dynamic pricing that changes daily, with an undated $69 to $161 range including cart. A summer Two Players promotion was about $100 for two with cart and range balls (May 18 to September 10, 2026).
  • Dove Mountain: $250 to $360 at peak high-season times with dynamic pricing and cart, from a listing last updated in 2024. Only Ritz-Carlton guests and members can play.

Hotel room rates at the resorts are also unknown: live rates could not be read on October 26, 2026. Our Tucson golf resorts guide covers the resort fees we could confirm.

Community club rates

Two community clubs publish real rate cards, and both reward renters.

Quail Creek (Sahuarita), 2026:

Carts, range balls and other extras

The green fee is not always the whole bill. Extras we found:

  • Torres Blancas: cart, sales tax and practice green included; rental clubs $25 for 9 or $40 for 18; a non-golfer rider $22; range balls $5 a bucket of 35 to 40.
  • Quail Creek: range tokens $5 for non-residents; an annual cart rental $650 per seat for members.
  • SaddleBrooke One: cart $41 for 18 on resident daily rates.
  • Prepaid GolfNow times: booking fees and tax on top, and a $10 non-refundable deposit at Torres Blancas and Quarry Pines.
  • Dress codes are common: collared shirts and no denim at Arizona National and Forty Niner, and no metal spikes at Starr Pass.

Passes and cards

The Tucson City Card was listed at $50 plus tax for the rest of 2026, earlier $119. It gives city-card rates on every round at the five city courses, one free round and 7-day advance booking. Per-course card rates were not published. The Mega Pass gave unlimited city golf from May 1 to December 31, 2026 at $2,200 plus tax (or $1,750 weekdays only), and a winter 2027 version was not found. Our Tucson golf passes guide has the rest.

Reading Tucson golf rates

  • Check what is included. Torres Blancas includes the cart, sales tax and practice green. Prepaid GolfNow deals add fees and, at some courses, a $10 non-refundable deposit.
  • Time of day matters. El Conquistador's October 27 times ranged from $46.69 to $85.79 on one day.
  • Overseed affects price and conditions. See Tucson golf overseed.
  • Look for value, not only the low number. Our cheap golf in Tucson guide ranks the deals, and Tucson tee times explains booking windows.
  • Plan around peak. The best time to golf in Tucson guide shows how the months trade weather against price.
