Tucson golf passes come in three kinds: the City of Tucson's City Card and Mega Pass for the five city courses, community deals for renters in SaddleBrooke and Quail Creek, and memberships at individual clubs. The standout for late 2026 is the City Card at $50 plus tax with a free round. Most winter prices were not yet published.
There is no single pass for every Tucson course. This guide compares the ones we found, what they cost as seen in October 2026, and who each one suits.

The City of Tucson golf passes
Tucson City Golf runs the five city courses for the city under OB Sports: Randolph North and Dell Urich at the midtown Randolph complex, El Rio and Silverbell on the west side, and Fred Enke, the desert-target course on the east side. Our Tucson city golf courses guide compares them.
City Card
The card page read on October 26, 2026 listed the 2026 City Card on sale at $50 plus tax for the remainder of 2026, down from $119 plus tax. Benefits:
- One complimentary round.
- City Card rates on every round.
- Guest rates for up to three guests.
- 7-day advance booking.
- 50% off a first range package, 10% off food and 15% off in the golf shop.
Earlier 2026 terms said cards expire December 31, 2026. Online purchases are picked up at the Randolph Golf Complex. The per-course card rates were not published, and the city's rate page returned an error when we checked, so we cannot show the per-round saving.
The rough logic still works. The card costs $50, and it includes a free round at a course where winter rates start at $50 (an undated report for Randolph and Dell Urich). If you arrive in November and play the city courses a few times before New Year, the card pays for itself. For a January arrival, wait for the 2027 card terms. See the Randolph North course guide.
Mega Pass
The 2026 Mega Pass gives unlimited golf at all five city courses from May 1 to December 31, 2026: Everyday Access at $2,200 plus tax, or Weekday Access (Monday to Friday) at $1,750 plus tax, individual play only. It covers summer and fall, not the winter peak, and a winter 2027 version was not found. Pass holders also pay the $2.00 per-visit Golf Improvement Fee approved on August 20, 2026.
The city site also lists a "Tucson Golf Program Membership", but no details or prices were found.
Community passes for renters
The best Tucson golf passes for a long stay belong to the 55+ communities, and you get them by renting a home inside.
SaddleBrooke One
In the 2026 golf year (November 1, 2025 to October 31, 2026), SaddleBrooke One sold renters a Renters Play Pass at $580 a month. It gave unlimited golf subject to tee-time availability, plus member guest, range and merchandise rates. Renters could instead pay the resident daily fee: $79 in the morning and $61 in the afternoon in winter. At $79 a round, the pass pays off at just over seven rounds a month. The 2026-27 price was not yet seen. See SaddleBrooke golf.
Quail Creek
At Quail Creek Country Club, a Robson club east of I-19, anyone renting a home in the community gets renter rates and can buy the same annual memberships as residents. From the 2026 fee sheet:
- Daily, prime season: non-resident $130 for 18 with cart; resident or renter $84 plus a cart at $27 a seat.
- Daily, summer: non-resident $95; resident or renter $58.
- Platinum annual: $4,120 single, $7,830 dual.
- Gold 80-play (9-hole, household): $2,480.
- Silver 40-play: $1,380.
- Annual cart rental: $650 a seat.
Members' guests get resident rates when riding in a member's cart. The 2027 sheet was not yet posted. The Quail Creek course guide has the rest, and Quail Creek golf explains who can play.
Green Valley GVR card: not golf
Green Valley Recreation membership opens the community recreation centres, not the golf courses. Renters get it through a tenant card that the owner must file for; tenants cannot buy annual cards, and daily guest cards are $5 and 7-day cards $15. One listing values the tenant pass at $60 per person per month. No GVR golf pass was found.
Club memberships and loyalty programs
Several clubs sell memberships, but few publish prices:
- Country Club of Green Valley: Partial Year memberships, one month up to six consecutive months, for people whose main home is elsewhere. Dues not published. The club is private.
- Arizona National: resident pass rates, and a Summer '26 Play Pass gave unlimited play June 1 to September 26 (price not read).
- Sewailo: the Team Sewailo loyalty program; terms not read.
- San Ignacio: memberships, an annual range membership and a loyalty tee sheet; prices not published.
- Canoa Ranch and Tubac Golf Resort: memberships offered; no prices published.
Statewide discount programs
- Troon Card: the 2024 summer card covered more than 30 Arizona Troon facilities, including Arizona National, Dell Urich, El Rio and Fred Enke. 2026-27 terms not confirmed.
- Golf With Access: a subscription with member rates at participating Arizona courses, including Tucson City Golf. Its summer 2026 benefit let Premium members bring up to three guests at member rates. Winter terms not found.
- Camo Card: a military discount at the City of Tucson courses, pointed out to Davis-Monthan personnel after the base course closed in 2018.
Which pass fits your stay
- A one-week trip: the City Card, if you will play two or more city rounds in November or December 2026.
- A winter in a SaddleBrooke or Quail Creek rental: the community pass or membership, which beats daily fees for regular players.
- A winter in Green Valley or an RV park: pay as you go, and add the City Card when the 2027 terms appear. Our cheap golf in Tucson guide lists the lowest fees.
For comparison with other Arizona winter towns, see Yuma golf passes. Our Tucson winter golf guide puts the passes into a full season plan.
Plan it on the map
Open the Tucson golf map to see which courses each pass covers and how far they are from your base. The $30 plan can cover a whole winter stay of 2 to 12 weeks and tells you which passes are worth buying for your rotation.

Questions golfers ask
What is the Tucson City Card?
The City of Tucson's golf card for its five city courses: Randolph North, Dell Urich, El Rio, Silverbell and Fred Enke. The page read on October 26, 2026 listed it at $50 plus tax for the rest of 2026, down from $119, with one free round, card rates every round and 7-day advance booking.
Is the Tucson City Card worth it for snowbirds?
For late 2026, it likely is if you will play the city courses more than a few times, since one free round comes with the $50 card. Cards expire on December 31, 2026 under the earlier terms, and per-course card rates and a 2027 card were not published, so a January arrival has to wait for the new card.
What is the Tucson City Golf Mega Pass?
An unlimited pass for all five city courses from May 1 to December 31, 2026: Everyday Access at $2,200 plus tax or Weekday Access at $1,750 plus tax, for individual play only. A winter 2027 version was not found.
Can renters get golf memberships in Tucson communities?
Yes, in some. SaddleBrooke One sold renters a $580-a-month play pass in its 2026 golf year, and anyone renting a home in Quail Creek pays renter rates and can buy the same annual memberships as residents, from $1,380 for 40 plays to $4,120 for a single Platinum.
Is there a short-term private club membership in Green Valley?
The Country Club of Green Valley offers Partial Year memberships from one month up to six consecutive months for people whose main home is outside the area. Sources conflict on the minimum, and dues are not published.
Does the Green Valley GVR card include golf?
No. GVR membership opens the recreation centres, with pools, fitness and clubs, not golf courses. Renters get it through a tenant card the owner files for, and golf is paid course by course.
Does the Troon Card work in Tucson?
The most recent Arizona Troon Card listing found, a 2024 summer card, covered more than 30 Arizona facilities, including Arizona National, Dell Urich, El Rio and Fred Enke. Terms and prices for 2026-27 were not confirmed, so check trooncard.com.
