Bonita Springs: Imperial Bonita Estates
Imperial Bonita is the one park that publishes a full rate sheet (2026-2027, effective June 1, 2026). For January 1 to March 31, 2027, daily rates are $98 for a regular back-in, $114 for a pull-through, $125 river front and $135 premium; weekly rates are $588, $681, $749 and $811. Monthly rates depend on length: a regular back-in is $1,605 a month on a 3-month stay or $1,945 for a single month, rising to $2,091 and $2,491 for a premium site. That puts a full January-March season at about $4,815 to $6,273 plus electric. November, December and April monthly rates ran about $1,185 to $1,800, and May to October about $900 to $1,280, though the PDF table did not extract cleanly, so confirm your site type.
The terms matter: a $700 deposit for stays over 28 days and $900 for 3 months or more, a 3% card surcharge, a one-time electric activation fee, and 10% off daily rates for Good Sam, AAA or military. Water and sewer are included. The park sits on the Imperial River with a heated pool, bocce, shuffleboard, a boat ramp and kayak rental. For golf, Spanish Wells sells public tee times on its 27 holes 8 minutes away, and Bonita Fairways, an executive course whose annual package was $550 single, is 9 minutes away. See the Bonita Springs golf guide.
Naples: Northtide, Lake San Marino and the Collier Blvd parks
Northtide Naples (formerly Rock Creek RV Resort) is the closest park to downtown, 1.7 miles out, with a heated pool, clubhouse, tiki hut, concrete pads and 30/50-amp hookups. Its 3-month seasonal special for January 1 to March 31, 2027 was $5,500 for new reservations, subject to availability. Pets are limited to two, each up to 25 lb, and the Good Sam 10% discount does not apply to January-March stays.
Lake San Marino in North Naples lists RV sites from $74 a night and 1-bedroom cottages from $178. It has weekly and monthly pricing, but no amount is shown. A news snippet says management is in transition, with reservations honoured through the 2026 season. North Naples's main public course is ArrowHead Golf Club, where a GolfNow summer deal ran $51.99 with cart in August 2026.
Sun Retreats Naples on Collier Blvd lists sites from $82 for a small back-in to $123 for an elite pull-through. Reviewers mention narrow streets and small permanent sites. A Sun Outdoors promo of $599 a month at select Naples and Fort Myers resorts appeared in search results, but participating parks were not confirmed.
Naples Motorcoach Resort is a Class A motorcoach resort with paved pads, a waterfront infinity pool, pickleball and boating access to the Gulf. It publishes no rates; reservations quote by phone based on length of stay and site. It is the best-placed park for Lely: Flamingo Island is 6 minutes away, Mustang 7 and Eagle Lakes 9. Eagle Lakes sold a 24-round fall pass for $1,200 plus $25 cart per round. The Flamingo Island course guide and the East Naples golf guide cover the area.
Estero and Iona
Sun Retreats Estero Bay (formerly Woodsmoke) lists sites from $90 to $102 a night and park models from $268, with two fishing lakes, a boardwalk and sites up to 45 feet. It is an all-ages park, livelier than the 55+ parks. San Carlos Golf Club, a value-priced semi-private course near RSW, is 6 minutes away. Koreshan State Park has shaded sites on the Estero River, but the statewide 14-night cap makes it a short-trip base; its boat ramp and parking lot closed for renovation from May 11, 2026.
In Iona, near the Fort Myers Beach bridge, Sun Retreats Fort Myers Beach (The Groves) and Siesta Bay both take 2026-27 bookings with monthly rates applied at checkout. An undated Sun Outdoors page said The Groves had limited amenities after Ian, and some directories still list Siesta Bay as closed. Both are about 7 to 8 minutes from Shell Point Golf Club, which charged $125 for 18 holes from 10 am in November 2026. Fort Myers Beach RV Resort nearby is status unclear, so call first. Red Coconut RV Resort on Estero Blvd is closed: Ian destroyed it in 2022, and the site was sold.
North Fort Myers
North of the river, RV parks are older and cheaper, and golf is budget golf. Pioneer Village is a large Thousand Trails park with a pool, restaurant and many permanent residents; it publishes no rates, needs a site-use agreement for seasonal stays and allows no tents, pop-ups or truck campers. Upriver RV Resort has river frontage with boat access to the Gulf and pickleball; a reviewer was quoted about $2,000 a month in January 2022. Seminole Campground is a small, shaded park on Popash Creek; a 2021 December monthly rate worked out to about $60 a night plus electric.
The public golf here: El Rio Golf Club, listed at $25 (season not stated), and Del Tura, 27 executive holes in a 55+ community, are 10 minutes from Pioneer Village. Eastwood Golf Course, the city's 7,129-yard course, is 17 minutes from Upriver and Seminole and charged $70 with cart before noon in November 2026. Babcock National sells public tee times 3 days out. See the Eastwood course guide.
Tips for an RV golf winter
- Ask about electric and activation fees on every monthly quote.
- Book 3 months where a park guarantees sites only on long stays.
- Pair the park with a pass. A season of daily green fees adds up; see golf passes in Naples and Fort Myers and cheap golf in Naples.
- Check discounts' fine print. Military and Good Sam codes often exclude monthly and January-March rates.

Questions golfers ask
How much does an RV site cost near Naples in winter?
At Imperial Bonita Estates, January to March 2027 sites run $98 to $135 a night, or $1,605 to $2,091 a month on a 3-month stay, plus electric. Northtide Naples sold a January 1 to March 31, 2027 seasonal special for $5,500. Other parks only list 'from' prices of $74 to $90 a night or quote by phone.
Do any Naples RV resorts have a golf course?
None of the parks in our files has a confirmed course on site. Upriver RV Resort in North Fort Myers was described with a 9-hole par-3 course in a 2012 listing, but its current site does not mention it. Lely Resort's public courses are 6 to 7 minutes from Naples Motorcoach Resort.
Can I stay all winter at Koreshan State Park?
No. Florida State Parks generally cap a stay at 14 nights, so Koreshan in Estero is a trip base, not a winter home. Bookings open 11 months ahead on the state parks reservation site.
Which Naples RV resort is closest to downtown?
Northtide Naples RV Resort, formerly Rock Creek, about 1.7 miles from downtown Naples, with the Gordon River Greenway bike path across the street. It limits pets to two, each up to 25 lb.
Is electric included in monthly RV rates?
Often not. Imperial Bonita Estates bills electric separately on monthly stays and charges a one-time activation fee, while water and sewer are included. Seminole Campground's 2021 monthly rate was quoted plus electric. Ask every park.
Are the Fort Myers Beach RV parks open after Ian?
Some are. Sun Retreats Fort Myers Beach (The Groves) and Siesta Bay in Iona take bookings for 2026-27, though amenities at The Groves may be limited. Fort Myers Beach RV Resort's status is unclear, so call first, and Red Coconut RV Resort on the beach is closed after Ian destroyed it.
When should I book a winter RV site?
As early as you can. Imperial Bonita guarantees a specific site number only on stays of 3 months or more, and January to March is the peak. Lake San Marino's and Sun Retreats' military discounts exclude monthly pricing and expire December 31, 2026.
