Vista Del Sol RV Resort
Vista Del Sol, at 3249 Felipe Dr, is a Roberts Resorts 55+ active adult gated community with the clearest rate card in the area. From the official rates page, seen October 27, 2026:

The rules are strict: RVs 10 years or newer (or management review), at least 26 feet, no pop-outs and fully self-contained. Call 928-754-0182 or email the park for deposits and cancellation terms.
There is no golf on site. The nearest courses are Chaparral (8 minutes), Riverview (11), Laughlin Ranch (13), and Huukan and El Rio (15 each).
Riverview RV Resort: the one with a course
Riverview, at 2000 Ramar Rd, is a gated, guard-attended 55+ community of about 698 lots, built in 1987. It is not a reservation park: you buy a lot or rent from an owner, and no rental office or rates were found. Lot-sale listings say RVs must be 20 years old or newer and at least 26 feet, or a park model or destination trailer.
The draw is the nine-hole par-3 course inside the gate, 1,160 yards and par 27. It sells public tee times too, at $10 to $13 on GolfNow in late October 2026, so you do not need to live there to play. Other amenities include a clubhouse, an unheated pool and pickleball for residents. Laughlin Ranch is 11 minutes away and Chaparral 9. See the Riverview golf course guide.
Snowbird RV Park, Fort Mohave
Snowbird RV Park, at 1600 E Joy Ln in Fort Mohave, is a family-owned park (since 1990, per a directory) with 144 sites including 20 tent sites. AAA listed campsites from $50 a night plus taxes (undated, seen October 2026). Monthly and winter rates are by phone at 928-768-7141.
Amenities include a pool, laundry, showers, Wi-Fi, cable and pets allowed, with desert trails and ATV riding nearby. No age rule was found. Current information is thin, so call before you commit.
Its location is the selling point for golfers: Huukan Golf Club, the former Desert Lakes, is 5 minutes away, El Rio 6, Mojave Resort 12 and Los Lagos 17.
Laughlin / Avi Casino KOA Journey
The KOA sits at 10000 Aha Macav Pkwy, beside the Avi Resort & Casino on the Nevada side, south of the Laughlin strip. It has about 260 full-hookup sites and is a family campground with no age rule.
KOA's extended-stay page listed monthly stays from $786, varying by site type and RV length, and weekly stays around $247 to $281 (seen October 2026). A KOA preview page said all utilities are included, which was not confirmed on the live page. Campendium reported $45 a night in October 2025.
Mojave Resort Golf Club is 3 minutes away, and KOA's Laughlin page says guests "can get discounted green fees" there. No amount is published, so ask. Guests also get a shuttle to the Avi casino and use of its beach, lagoon pool, boat launch and fitness center. Huukan and El Rio are 14 minutes away. Book early for January and February.
Don Laughlin's Riverside Resort RV Park
The Riverside's RV park, at 1650 S Casino Dr, is huge, with about 740 sites, and cheap. Campendium users reported $27 a night in October 2025 (about $187 for 7 nights), $38 in November 2023 and $29 in October 2023. Monthly prices are by phone at 702-298-2535.
You get a free shuttle to the casino, and reviewers report access to its pool and fitness center, plus laundry, showers, dog areas, cable and Wi-Fi. Reviews mention many full-time residents and some shuttle waits. Laughlin Ranch is 10 minutes away.

The clock and the season
The two Bullhead City RV resorts here, Vista Del Sol and Riverview, are in Arizona, as is Snowbird RV Park in Fort Mohave; the KOA and the Riverside are in Nevada. From November 1, 2026 to March 14, 2027 Arizona is one hour ahead of Laughlin. If you stay at the KOA and play Huukan or El Rio, leave an hour earlier by your camp clock.
