Courses
- Cerbat Cliffs Golf Course, Kingman: public, 18 holes, par 72, 6615 yards, rating 71.9 / slope 128, green fees seen $40–$72
- Chaparral Golf Course & Restaurant, Bullhead City: public, 9 holes, 3914 yards, rating 58.3 / slope 98. Bullhead City's original course, a short 9-holer played as a par-60 loop. The city bought it in 2025-26 and now runs it. Cheap and easy, but closed for reseeding until November 10, 2026.
- El Rio Golf Club, Mohave Valley: public, 18 holes, par 72, 7143 yards, rating 73.1 / slope 126, green fees seen $45–$45. A long Matt Dye course in Mohave Valley, run by locals since 2015 and cheap in summer at about $45 with cart. Conditions are only fair in reviews. Confirm it is taking winter bookings before you plan around it.
- Emerald Canyon Golf Course, Parker: public, 18 holes, par 72, 6437 yards, rating 71.3 / slope 132, green fees seen $40–$90
- Huukan Golf Club, Fort Mohave: public, 18 holes, par 72, 6444 yards, rating 69.5 / slope 115. The old Desert Lakes, renamed and brought back under the Mojave Golf operator. Flat, tree-lined and watery, and among the gentler tests in the valley. A practical Fort Mohave option for winter visitors staying south of Bullhead.
- Iron Wolf Golf & Country Club, Lake Havasu City: public, 18 holes, par 70, 6434 yards, rating 69.7 / slope 119, green fees seen $33–$85. The former Refuge, a private Palmer-designed hill course now open to the public as Iron Wolf. It is a short par 70 with views and a Toptracer range. Rates are not posted, so call or check TeeItUp. A good change of scene from the older Lake Havasu Golf Club.
- Lake Havasu Golf Club · Desert East, Lake Havasu City: semi-private, 18 holes, par 71, 6140 yards, rating 68.9 / slope 118, green fees seen $44–$82. The easier and cheaper half of Lake Havasu Golf Club: 6,140 yards, $82 public in the morning or $48 after 3 PM. A fair second round on a Havasu stay, and the course to play when the West is closed for overseed.
- Lake Havasu Golf Club · Desert West, Lake Havasu City: semi-private, 18 holes, par 71, 6466 yards, rating 70.9 / slope 127, green fees seen $46–$94. The original Havasu course and the stronger of the two at Lake Havasu Golf Club: an older hillside layout with water and lake views, $94 public in the morning or $50 after 3 PM. Winter visitors get real value from the seasonal memberships. It shuts for overseed around late October, so check the sheet before booking.
- Laughlin Ranch Golf Club, Bullhead City: public, 18 holes, par 72, 7155 yards, rating 73.6 / slope 143, green fees seen $80–$169. The top course on this stretch of river: a hilly, demanding Druzisky layout with river views and a full clubhouse. It is also the dearest, at $137-$169 with cart in winter and spring. Locals pay much less.
- Los Lagos Golf Club, Fort Mohave: public, 18 holes, par 72, 6921 yards, rating 73.2 / slope 126. A long Ted Robinson desert course in Fort Mohave, still taking bookings in October 2026. Storm damage in 2025 and patchy reviews mean you should ask about conditions and whether both nines are open before you book.
- Mojave Resort Golf Club, Laughlin: public, 18 holes, par 72, 6939 yards, rating 73.6 / slope 136. The Nevada-side course, a flat Schmidt-Curley layout by the Avi with river and mountain views; expect wind. Fees were not published. Its tee sheet runs on Pacific time, which matters in winter for anyone staying in Arizona.
- Rivers Edge Golf Course, Needles: public, 18 holes, par 71, 6500 yards, rating 71.4 / slope 117. The City of Needles' riverside municipal course, flat and easy to walk. The 3-month pass ($1,200 with cart) suits snowbirds. It runs on Pacific time.
- Riverview RV Resort Golf Course, Bullhead City: public, 9 holes, par 27, 1160 yards, rating 27.3 / slope 87. A 1,160-yard par-3 nine inside a gated 55+ RV resort. Handy if you winter there; check outside access with the pro shop first.
- Valle Vista Golf Course, Kingman: public, 18 holes, par 72
