Furnished rentals in Bullhead City and Laughlin
The Bullhead City and Laughlin furnished winter rentals market is small. The few priced listings seen in October 2026 were:
- A 3-bedroom condo on McCormick Blvd in Bullhead City, near the river, at $2,500 a month from Nov 1 as a winter vacation rental.
- A 4-bedroom snowbird rental on Dillons Cove in Laughlin from $2,100.
- A furnished 2-bedroom near Laughlin Ranch with a 3-month minimum and utilities capped at $150, already booked from December 2026 to April 2027.
Riverfront condos are common on the Bullhead side, and some homes sit beside Laughlin Ranch. Ask about utility caps and the minimum stay, and get both in writing. Listings were seen as snippets on rental sites, so confirm the price on the live page.
The location is the draw. From central Bullhead you are about 9 minutes from Laughlin Ranch, 10 from Chaparral and about 24 from Huukan in Fort Mohave, with the Laughlin casinos across the bridge.
Furnished rentals in Lake Havasu City
The Lake Havasu City furnished winter rentals listings seen for winter 2026-27 were $1,300 a month (October to March, some electric included), $1,400, $2,300 for a 3-bedroom, $2,400 for a furnished cottage and $2,500 for a home with a pool and spa. One listing quoted $1,500 a month in summer and $1,750 in winter.
Minimums run long: often 3-4 months, and one listing wanted December to April. Some homes come with boat or RV parking. January to March supply is limited.
From central Havasu it is about 6 minutes to Lake Havasu Golf Club and 15 to Iron Wolf. See where to stay in Lake Havasu for golf if you only need a few weeks.
Monthly RV sites: the cheaper route
If you travel with an RV, a monthly site costs less than any furnished rental seen.
- Laughlin / Avi Casino KOA Journey: monthly from $786, varying by site type and RV length, with weekly rates of about $247-$281. A KOA preview page says utilities are included, not confirmed on the live page. It sits next to Mojave Resort Golf Club, and KOA material says guests get discounted green fees there, with no amount given. Nevada side, Pacific time.
- Vista Del Sol RV Resort: a Roberts Resorts 55+ park in Bullhead City with a full rate card: $972 / $1,050 a month (standard / premium) for October to December 2026 and $1,061 / $1,200 for January to March 2027. A 2-month November-December package is $1,695 / $1,850. RVs must be 10 years or newer and 26 ft or longer, with no pop-outs.
- Havasu Falls RV Resort: $800 a month plus electric for November and December 2026; January to March by phone.
Bullhead City and Lake Havasu each have more parks; see Bullhead City RV resorts and Lake Havasu RV resorts.
Adding the golf bill
No Laughlin monthly rental seen includes golf, so price it separately. The best-value winter options in the files are passes and memberships:
| Golf option | Price seen (Oct 2026) |
|---|---|
| Rivers Edge (Needles) monthly pass, cart and range | $425 |
| Rivers Edge monthly pass, walking | $285 |
| Rivers Edge 3-month pass, cart and range | $1,200 |
| Lake Havasu Golf Club seasonal membership, individual | $1,125 (1 month), $2,525 (3 months) |
| Laughlin Ranch local resident rate (proof of local ZIP) | $95-$105 winter and peak (2027 table) |
| Laughlin Ranch non-resident, Nov 20-Jan 31 | $147 Fri-Sun / $137 Mon-Thu (2027 table) |
The Rivers Edge 3-month pass works out to about $400 a month, cheaper than the monthly pass. Laughlin Ranch saves about $50 a round for golfers with a local ZIP code, and the course notes say snowbirds with an area address should ask whether their winter address qualifies. The Laughlin Ranch course guide and Rivers Edge course guide have the details, and our golf season pass guide compares every pass.
What a winter month costs, all in
Putting the two bills together gives a rough range for one golfer, using only prices seen in October 2026:
- Low: a standard Vista Del Sol site in February ($1,061) plus a Rivers Edge monthly pass with cart and range ($425) comes to $1,486, before electric, fuel and food.
- Middle: the $1,300 Havasu rental plus a one-month Lake Havasu Golf Club membership ($1,125) comes to $2,425.
- High: a $2,500 Bullhead condo plus twelve rounds at Laughlin Ranch's Mon-Thu winter rate ($137) comes to $4,144.
A couple sharing the rental halves the housing cost per golfer, which is why furnished homes suit pairs better than solo visitors.
Picking a side of the river
The river is also a time-zone line. Laughlin (Nevada) and Needles (California) run on Pacific time. Bullhead City, Fort Mohave, Mohave Valley and Lake Havasu City are in Arizona, with no daylight saving. From Nov 1, 2026 to Mar 14, 2027, 9:00 AM in Bullhead City is 8:00 AM across the bridge on Casino Drive.
That matters when you choose between Laughlin monthly rentals and Bullhead City ones. Most courses keep Arizona-time tee sheets, while Mojave Resort and Rivers Edge run on Pacific time. A Laughlin rental is handy for the casinos and Mojave Resort; a Bullhead rental puts you on the same clock as most tee sheets. Our Laughlin time zone guide covers the details.
Booking tips
- Start early. Laughlin monthly rentals are scarce: one 2-bedroom near Laughlin Ranch was already booked for December to April in October 2026.
- Get the terms in writing: utilities, deposit, minimum stay and any cap on electric.
- Check the dates you need. Bullhead listings described a winter season of roughly November to April; Havasu listings ran roughly October or December to March or April.
- Plan for the peak. January to March is the winter-visitor peak, when tee times and rentals are hardest to find.

As early as you can. Priced winter listings were thin in October 2026, and one 2-bedroom near Laughlin Ranch was already booked for December 2026 to April 2027. January to March is the peak of the winter-visitor season.
