London Bridge Resort: suites and a nine out the door
London Bridge Resort sits at the foot of the London Bridge. It offers studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom suites (the 2-bedroom sleeps up to six) with kitchens, three outdoor pools and a hot tub, plus Martini Bay, Kokomo Beach Club, Papa Leone's Pizza and Roxy's Beach Bar on site. Check-in is 4 PM.
It owns Bridgewater Links, a 9-hole, par-30 executive course along the channel walk. Its status in October 2026 is unclear: the resort still advertises it, but no tee sheet or dated 2026 rate was found, so call 928-855-4777 first. The Bridgewater Links website lists 15% off best available rates and a 3-night stay with a play credit stated as $100 in one place and $150 in another; the resort's own site publishes no golf package, so confirm with the resort at 928-855-0888. The resort gives no rate at Lake Havasu Golf Club, so book those rounds separately.
One aggregator showed a Resort Room at about C$269 for a January night (Kayak, seen October 2026). Expect busy channel nightlife on spring and summer weekends.
Chain hotels near the bridge
Three brand hotels give predictable rooms and loyalty points. Rates were not read from the brand booking engines, and none has a golf package.
- Home2 Suites by Hilton Lake Havasu City: an all-suite hotel with kitchenettes off McCulloch Blvd, about 7 minutes from Lake Havasu Golf Club. The best fit for a longer golf week.
- Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lake Havasu - London Bridge: a few steps from the London Bridge and English Village, so you can walk to the channel at night.
- Hampton Inn Lake Havasu City: on London Bridge Road, about 12 minutes from Iron Wolf, the shortest run to that course among the hotels here.
Free breakfast is a brand standard at all three; confirm when you book.
Boutique and lakefront
HEAT Hotel is a small boutique hotel on the channel with its own covered patio bar, a lakefront lounge and rooms with private balconies. It is about half a mile from Bridgewater Links and 8 minutes from Lake Havasu Golf Club. Expect noise on spring and summer weekends.
The Nautical Beachfront Resort is on the Island, with private beaches, a boat launch, an infinity-edge pool and the Turtle Grille. Aggregators showed deals from about $139 and $177 a night (undated). The golf course next door, the Island Golf Club at the Nautical, closed around 2018 and its land was sold in 2023, so the resort has no golf.
Across the lake: Havasu Landing
Havasu Landing Resort & Casino is a 48-room tribal casino hotel on the California shore, opened in November 2019. It is the only casino hotel on Lake Havasu, but golf means the ferry (one guest review says it did not run on a windy day) or a long drive round the lake. It runs on Pacific time, an hour behind the Arizona courses in winter.

- Group of four to six wanting one unit: a 2-bedroom suite at London Bridge Resort, which sleeps up to six.
- Golf week with self-catering: Home2 Suites, closest to Lake Havasu Golf Club.
- Iron Wolf as the main course: Hampton Inn, or Havasu Falls RV Resort if you travel with a rig (about 8 minutes).
- Couple wanting a lively channel evening: HEAT Hotel or the Holiday Inn Express by the bridge.
- Boaters who golf on the side: the Nautical or Islander RV Resort on the Island.
The courses from a Havasu hotel
- Lake Havasu Golf Club Desert West: the 1967 original and the stronger test, 6,466 yards, slope 127. Public rates were $94 before noon, $82 after noon, $50 after 3 PM. It closes for overseed in October.
- Lake Havasu Golf Club Desert East: shorter and easier, 6,140 yards, slope 118; $82 / $76 / $48.
- Iron Wolf: the former Refuge, a Palmer and Seay hill course, par 70, with a Toptracer range open Wednesday to Sunday. Rates are not posted; call 928-764-1404.
- Emerald Canyon in Parker: about 40 minutes south (estimate), $80 with cart in winter 2025-26, closed Oct 1 to Nov 1, 2026.
