One flag per course: Las Vegas golf courses: every course a visitor can play, side by side

Las Vegas golf courses open to visitors number 33 on our map of the valley and Boulder City, from Bali Hai and Wynn Golf Club on the Strip to Cascata in Boulder City and the three Paiute courses up US-95. Two are restricted: Shadow Creek needs an MGM Resorts room and Wynn is built for Wynn and Encore guests. Another 11 clubs are private.

This guide puts every Las Vegas golf course you can book in one place, area by area, then marks the private clubs, the guest-only routes and what has closed. Drive times are free-flow estimates from the Strip at Flamingo Rd. Fees were seen between April and November 2026, mostly on GolfNow or third-party trackers, and they change by date.

Guest-only and resort courses

Two Las Vegas golf courses depend on where you sleep, and both sit close to the Strip.

  • Shadow Creek: only for guests at an MGM Resorts Las Vegas hotel. GolfNewsNet named MGM Grand, Bellagio, New York-New York, Aria and Park MGM among them in 2026. You book through the hotel concierge or casino host once you hold a reservation. Several 2026 guides say paying guests are mostly placed Monday to Thursday, which MGM has not confirmed. Read the Shadow Creek golf guide and the Shadow Creek course guide.
  • Wynn Golf Club: built and priced for Wynn and Encore guests, who get booking priority. The Wynn site says non-guests can play, but confirm it for your dates with the golf concierge. See the Wynn Golf Club course guide.

Private clubs visitors cannot book

These clubs are for members and their guests, with no public, hotel or rental route in our research:

Canyon Gate is also an Invited club, so members of other Invited clubs may have reciprocal or travel privileges. Sunrise Vista at Nellis Air Force Base is for active duty, retirees, Defense Department civilians and their sponsored guests, with base access required.

Closed and status-unclear courses

Desert Pines closed for good on July 12, 2026, and the city is redeveloping the site for housing. Badlands (2016), Royal Links (2021), Silverstone (2015), Craig Ranch (2009), Black Mountain and both Primm Valley courses (2024) are closed too. Bear's Best is being rebuilt as the private Amara Golf and Social Club; status unclear, call first. Stallion Mountain in the east valley is listed on booking sites, but a directory says tee times are for members and guests, so its status is unclear: call first. The full story is in closed golf courses in Las Vegas.

How to choose between Las Vegas golf courses

  • One big round: Shadow Creek if you are in an MGM hotel and can spend $1,250; Cascata or Wynn if not.
  • Best value with a name: Serket, TPC Las Vegas in the afternoon, or the Paiute Wolf.
  • No rental car: Bali Hai, Wynn and Las Vegas National are all 10 minutes or less from the Strip.
  • Fall trips: check each course's overseed dates; Chimera reopened September 24 in 2026 and Golf Summerlin on September 29.

Our ranked short list is in the best golf courses in Las Vegas, and the trip basics are in the Las Vegas golf trip guide.
