The Revere Golf Club in Anthem: Lexington vs Concord, rates seen and the three booking tiers

The Revere Golf Club is a public 36-hole facility in Henderson's Anthem foothills with two desert canyon courses: Lexington, 7,143 yards, and Concord, 7,034. It books in three tiers (public, Clark County residents and Sun City Anthem residents), and October 2026 GolfNow prices ran about $84 to $149 with cart.

Revere Golf Club: Lexington vs Concord

Yardages from the club site. No rating, slope, designer or opening year was captured for either course, so our files cannot say which is harder. What they do say: both are desert canyon courses in the Anthem foothills sharing one clubhouse, and the club's own advice is to book the second course as day two.

In practice:

• One round: take whichever has the better time and price; the GolfNow snapshots on record were for Lexington.
• Two days: Lexington one day and Concord the next, without changing car parks.

The booking tiers

The Revere Golf Club runs three separate online booking tracks:

Resident amounts are not published. On any track, prepaying online takes 10% off.

The Sun City Anthem link matters for snowbirds. Sun City Anthem has no course of its own, and the Revere acts as its course. The Revere is not affiliated with the Sun City Anthem Community Association but gives its residents discounts. Whether a winter renter in Sun City Anthem qualifies for that track is not stated in our files; ask the club before you count on it.

Revere Golf Club rates seen in 2026

Read November 4, 2026 from GolfNow search summaries; these are third-party prices and they change. A shared cart is included; a single-rider cart may cost extra. Winter and spring 2027 prices were not seen. Across Las Vegas, December to February is usually cheaper than the fall and spring peaks; see Las Vegas golf rates.

Note the overseed-alert dates priced slightly higher than the October range. A tee time during grow-in is not a bargain here.

When to play the Revere

The Revere sits in the Anthem foothills. The weather files note that higher courses such as those in Henderson's Anthem area can run a few degrees cooler than the airport, especially at dawn, though they do not put a number on it. Plan around that:

• October and November: fresh rye after overseed and fall-peak pricing. The October 2026 GolfNow range on record, $83.99 to $148.99, is from this window.
• December to February: the snowbird months. The airport averages about five freezing nights in December, and frost delays are common on early tee times, so book mid-morning.
• March to May: spring peak; March averages about 71F and April about 79F.
• June to August: highs of about 99F to 105F. Take the first tee time and ride.
• September: overseed; see below.

Getting there

From the Strip at Flamingo Rd it is 26 minutes and about 16 miles to either course. From Caesars Palace it is 27 minutes. A Strip group playing the Revere and Serket on back-to-back days spends close to an hour a day in the car, so a south Henderson base makes sense for a golf-first trip.

Group policies

Two rules to read before a group books:

• Cancellation: cancel 72 hours ahead to avoid a fee.
• No-shows: if fewer than 75% of a booked group shows, 50% of the green fee may be charged.

Overseed at the Revere

The exact 2026 dates were not published. What the files show:

• GolfNow put overseed alerts on tee times from September 22 to October 2, 2026, and none from October 6.
• A garbled GolfZoo listing had the two courses' work staggered from about September 1 and September 8.
• The Revere's 2025 announcement described closures in September and reopening in early October.

Where to stay near the Revere

Sun City Anthem is age-restricted (55+), with renter rules set by the HOA, and few winter listings appear online, so start early. Many Henderson master-planned communities, Anthem among them, are reported to ban rentals under 30 days through their HOA rules. See Las Vegas snowbird rentals.

• Serket (the former Rio Secco): Rees Jones canyon golf, 7 minutes from Homewood Suites. Third-party undated ranges put it at $119 to $259 in peak months.
• The Legacy: the budget Green Valley round, $46.99 to $57.99 on GolfNow hot deals in October 2026.
• Anthem Country Club: next door in the guard-gated Anthem Country Club community, but private, members and accompanied guests only. Buying a home behind the gate does not include membership.
