The fee includes a cart, practice and a forecaddie, with a suggested $40 tip per player. A 2026 third-party guide estimated about $399 at peak; the club does not publish amounts.

Who can play Cascata Golf Club
Cascata is public. Book online or by phone; no hotel stay is required. Ownership is reported as VICI Properties, and an older article named Caesars Golf as owner-operator. Caesars Rewards members get tier-based green fee discounts for themselves and up to three accompanied guests, so the highest-tier player in a foursome should make the booking. Any Caesars Las Vegas hotel, such as Caesars Palace, puts you in that program; the exact list of hotels was not published. The club also sells Stay and Play packages, without details on the page we read.
The booking window was not published.

A foursome at the peak estimate plus the suggested tip comes to about $439 a player before tax. Fall is peak, and the club sells separate summer and fall package pricing. Ask about the $199 replay at check-in if your group wants a second loop; it is standby only. More in Las Vegas golf rates.
The Double Down with Serket
The Double Down is one round at Cascata and one at Serket, the renamed Rio Secco, within five days. Both are Rees Jones courses and both give Caesars Rewards discounts. At $525 in summer or $750 in fall for two rounds, it is the cheapest published way into Cascata if your group plays both. Serket is 23 minutes from the Strip. See the Serket course guide and Serket Golf Club (Rio Secco).
What to expect on the course
Rees Jones routed Cascata through a canyon in the River Mountains, with big elevation changes, stream features and a waterfall running through the clubhouse. Expect steep canyon terrain and forced carries. The clubhouse has food and drink and a golf shop.
| Tee | Yards | Men | Women |
|---|---|---|---|
| Black | 7,137 | 73.8/150 | not listed |
| Blue | 6,638 | 72.7/140 | not listed |
| White | 6,168 | 71.0/133 | 76.5/146 |
| Gold | 5,543 | 66.5/103 | 72.8/133 |
Tees and ratings are from GolfPass, not cross-checked with the USGA database. The jump from White (slope 133) to Gold (slope 103) for men is large, which makes Gold a sensible choice for higher handicaps. See the Cascata course guide.
When to play Cascata
Fall is Cascata's peak, and the course was open through November 2026. The club did not publish 2026 overseed dates, so call before booking September or early October; most Las Vegas courses close or play temporary greens for a few weeks then. Winter (December to February) is cooler, and Boulder City sits higher than the airport, so dawn tee times can run colder and frost delays are common across the valley. Summer is the cheapest season in Las Vegas, and Cascata's summer Double Down is priced lower than the fall one. See best time to golf in Las Vegas.
Getting there and where to stay
| From | Drive to Cascata |
|---|---|
| The Strip at Flamingo Rd | 33 min |
| Railroad Pass | 6 min |
| Best Western Hoover Dam Hotel | 8 min |
| Boulder Dam Hotel | 9 min |
| Green Valley Ranch | 21 min |
| Hilton Lake Las Vegas | 26 min |
Free-flow estimates. The Boulder City hotels were not on the November 2026 resort-fee tracker; Green Valley Ranch was $51.30 a night and the Hilton $32.77. RV travellers can stay at Canyon Trail RV Park, 8 minutes away. See Boulder City golf and where to stay in Las Vegas for golf.
Pair it with Boulder City's other courses
- Boulder Creek: 27 holes in three nines, a few minutes away and far cheaper. See the Boulder Creek course guide.
- Boulder City Golf Course: the municipal 18, $51.99 to $61.99 on GolfNow from August to October 2026.
- Reflection Bay: the Nicklaus course at Lake Las Vegas, about 31 minutes from the Boulder Dam Hotel.
After the round, Boulder Dam Brewing Company on Nevada Way is the natural stop, and Hoover Dam is a short drive past town.
Booking Cascata Golf Club for a group
- Pick the booker: Caesars Rewards discounts are tier-based and cover the member plus up to three accompanied guests, so the highest-tier player in each foursome should book.
- Budget the tip: at the suggested $40 per player, a foursome's forecaddie tip comes to $160.
- Second loop: the $199 replay is standby only, so ask at check-in rather than counting on it.
- Pair it: if the group plays Serket too, price the Double Down before booking each course separately.
Cascata Golf Club is about 22 miles from the Strip, so a group staying on the Strip needs cars or a pre-booked ride; there is no hotel limousine like Shadow Creek's in our research. See the Las Vegas buddies golf trip guide.
Is Cascata Golf Club worth it?
For the setting, yes, once. It is the big-ticket round on the Henderson side and the top public round in our best golf courses in Las Vegas list. Check Caesars Rewards pricing and the Double Down before paying rack rate. If Cascata does not fit the budget, Serket gives you Rees Jones canyon golf for less, and if you are staying at an MGM hotel, compare it with the Shadow Creek golf guide.
