Pass Christian Isles Golf Club is a member-owned club that sells public tee times online up to 7 days ahead. Visitors paid $52 for 18 holes with a cart Monday to Saturday mornings in late October 2026, and $36 after about 3:30 PM or all day Sunday. It is a short, tree-lined 1914 Tom Bendelow course with small greens.
It also goes by The Isles or PCI Golf. It is one of the cheapest regulation rounds on the west end of the coast and the oldest course still open on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. This guide covers how visitors book Pass Christian Isles Golf Club, what it costs, how it plays, and what recent reviews say about conditions. Prices were seen on October 25, 2026, and can change.

How visitors book Pass Christian Isles Golf Club
Pass Christian Isles runs its tee sheet on foreUP. Members have their own booking class; visitors pick the "Booking as Public" class. You do not need a member to sponsor you.
The catch is the short window. The public class opens only 7 days ahead. When we checked on October 25, 2026, public times showed for October 25 to 31. Saturday mornings can also be blocked for club events. So:
- Check the sheet the day your week opens, especially for Saturday.
- Have a backup if Saturday morning is blocked. The Oaks, about 10 minutes north, books 365 days out.
- Call the shop at 228-452-4851 if the sheet looks empty.
Our Biloxi tee times guide compares booking windows at every course on the coast.
Pass Christian Isles rates
These are the live public prices on the foreUP sheet, read October 25, 2026:
| Day and time | 18 holes, cart included |
|---|---|
| Monday to Saturday, before ~3:30 PM | $52 |
| Monday to Saturday, from ~3:30 PM | $36 |
| Sunday, all day | $36 |
No seasonal price tiers were seen, so this looks like a year-round rate. The cart is included, and the live sheet shows no cart fee on top.
The rate page on the club's own site still shows its June 15, 2023 card: $45 Monday to Saturday for 18 with cart including tax, $30 for nine, $30 on Sunday and $30 after 3 PM, with no walking rate. Prices have clearly risen since, so trust the live sheet over that page. Memberships are by inquiry.
The Sunday deal
Sunday at $36 all day is cheaper than a weekday morning at $52. If your trip spans a weekend, Sunday morning here is one of the best-value tee times on the coast: you get a full morning round at the twilight price.
How the Isles compares on price
| Course | 18-hole price range seen Oct 2026 | Booking window |
|---|---|---|
| Bayou Vista | $28 with cart ($18 walking) | Not published |
| Pass Christian Isles | $36-$52 | 7 days |
| The Oaks | $39-$109 | 365 days |
| The Bridges | $65-$109 | About 14 days |
Of these, only Bayou Vista in Gulfport is cheaper for a full 18. Our guide to cheap golf on the Mississippi Gulf Coast covers every value round, and the Bayou Vista guide covers the coast's $28 course.
How Pass Christian Isles plays
This is a classic early-1900s layout: tree-lined fairways, small greens and some water, in a quiet neighborhood near the Bay of St. Louis. It is short by modern standards, but the tight fairways and small targets keep it honest.
| Tee | Yards | Par | Rating / slope |
|---|---|---|---|
| Black | 6,396 | 72 | 70.1 / 123 |
| Fox | 6,039 | 72 | 68.4 / 120 |
| Red | 5,445 | 72 | 71.0 / 112 (women) |
| Gray | 5,099 | 72 | 64.0 / 99 |
These ratings come from GolfPass. The course is not in the USGA's public rating list, and the club scorecard shows 6,449 yards for the Black tees, so treat the numbers as close rather than exact. Either way, it is one of the gentler regulation courses on the coast, which suits seniors, mixed groups and anyone who wants a relaxed round. Our Pass Christian Isles course guide has the tee data on the map.
History
The original design is by Tom Bendelow and dates to 1914. The course reopened in 1952, had a major renovation in 2004, and was rebuilt after Hurricane Katrina in 2005 keeping the original design, according to the club. It calls itself the oldest course on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. That claim holds now that Gulfport's Great Southern, which dated to 1908, closed in 2022. Our guide to closed golf courses on the Mississippi Gulf Coast tells that story.
Conditions
Conditioning is the honest caveat. GolfPass reviews in 2026 were mixed:
- February to April 2026: thin fairways, hard tees, and slow, bumpy greens.
- May 2026: one reviewer called it excellent.
- July 2026: a reviewer noted bare spots.
Turf types and overseed practice are not published. At this price, most groups will accept some rough edges, but read the latest reviews before you book a group outing.
A two-round Pass Christian day
The Isles pairs naturally with The Oaks, about 10 minutes north. The two courses are very different: The Isles is a short, old-fashioned course with small greens, The Oaks a 7,006-yard modern layout. A sensible plan is The Oaks in the morning and the Isles from about 3:30 PM at $36, or the reverse on a Sunday. Our guide to The Oaks Golf Club in Pass Christian has its rates and window, and the Oaks course guide its layout.
The Bridges, at Hollywood Casino in Bay St. Louis, is also close, but it closes every Tuesday. The Isles makes a cheap Tuesday stand-in if you are based there.
Where to stay
The nearest bases on our map:
- Pearl Hotel, Bay St. Louis, about 12 minutes. Standard 2-queen rooms were $129 on Tuesday November 10, 2026, and premier 2-queen rooms $259 a night on the weekend of November 20 to 22 (2-night minimum on Saturday), before tax.
- Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast, about 17 minutes. Weekday rooms showed $63.98 on Tuesday November 10, 2026, against $283.98 on Saturday November 21, resort fee included, before tax.
- Island View Casino Resort, Gulfport, about 24 minutes.
That weekday-to-Saturday gap at the casino is typical of the coast, so a Sunday-to-Thursday stay costs much less. Our guide to Bay St. Louis golf covers the west-end cluster, and where to stay in Biloxi for golf compares every base.
Who Pass Christian Isles suits
- Budget trips that want a full 18 under $55 with a cart.
- Seniors and mixed groups who prefer a shorter course.
- History fans who want to play the oldest open course on the coast.
- West-end stays filling a gap around The Bridges' Tuesday closure.
It suits less well if you need a guaranteed Saturday morning group time or want top conditioning. For the top end of the coast, see our guide to the best golf courses in Biloxi.
