The best value at The Bridges often comes with a room. Hollywood Casino sells two packages, confirmed on its official golf page in October 2026:

The booking terms describe "one day unlimited golf" per night, with the food and drink credit good at Celebrity Grill, Bogarts, Bridges Grill and the Epic Buffet. The online calendar shows package availability but not per-date prices, so call for the price on your dates.
Here is why the package is worth a look. A weekend morning green fee was $109 in late October 2026. The single Golf Package starts at $119 and adds the room and unlimited golf that day. If you plan to play 36, the math gets better again.

The Tuesday closure
The Bridges is closed every Tuesday. This is the single fact that trips people up. If you book a Monday and Tuesday night at the hotel to catch the cheap midweek rates, you will need another course for Tuesday.

How The Bridges plays
The course sits on about 600 acres beside the Bay of St. Louis, in marsh and wetland with live oaks, pines and magnolias. More than 21 wooden bridges add up to nearly a mile, plus bulkheads, and that is where the name comes from. Expect forced carries over marsh.
It is also the hardest course on this end of the coast by the numbers. These are the USGA ratings:

A 144 slope from the Purple tees is the highest of any course in this area. Most trip golfers will enjoy the Gold or White tees far more. Women should note that the White tees carry a 139 slope for them, so the Teal set is the sensible start.
The course reopened about four months after Hurricane Katrina in 2005. Some listings give 2006 as the opening year, which probably reflects that rebuild. It is Audubon International Certified Silver Signature, and the tourism listing says it was the first resort course in the world to earn that. Google reviewers rate it 4.3 from 167 reviews. Turf types and overseed practice are not published, so ask the shop about winter conditions if that matters to you.
Where to stay for The Bridges
The hotel on the property is the obvious base. Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast is about two minutes from the first tee. For golfers it offers 2-queen rooms that sleep up to five, a pool with a lazy river, the Azalea Spa and a 100-site RV park. Self-parking and valet are free on travel-site listings.
If you would rather walk to dinner, the Pearl Hotel in Old Town Bay St. Louis is about 10 minutes from the course. It had 2-queen rooms at $129 on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, and $259 a night for a premier 2-queen on the weekend of November 20 to 22, with a 2-night minimum on Saturday. It has no golf package.
