Disney tee times
For most visitors, Orlando tee times start at Disney, whose four courses all book through golfwdw.com or 407-WDW-GOLF. Magnolia, Palm and Lake Buena Vista open 90 days ahead, and the rates page says Disney resort guests and day visitors share that window and pay the same public rates. Carts are required on the three 18s, spikes must be non-metal, a tee time holds four players at most, and cancellations need 24 hours' notice. The walking-only Oak Trail nine opens 30 days ahead.
Two things trip people up in the 2026-27 season. Lake Buena Vista was closed for a full rebuild from May 4, 2026 and reopens on Monday, November 9, 2026, so do not book it before then. And Disney overseeds in late fall: Palm is closed November 9-27 and Magnolia December 1-18, 2026. The Disney World golf courses guide has the full picture, and the Magnolia course guide covers the big course.
Resort courses open to the public
Shingle Creek books on its own site, by phone (407-996-1559) or GolfNow; reviewers report slow rounds on busy days, so take an early time. Hawk's Landing books at golfhawkslanding.com or 407-238-8660, and GolfNow and TeeOff showed no inventory for it on November 4, 2026. Waldorf Astoria Golf Club books on the resort site, by phone (407-597-5500), or on GolfNow and TeeOff, where summer hot deals appear.
The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club at Grande Lakes books through the hotel site or 407-393-4900; a Golf Monthly guide puts the public window at about four months. The two Omni ChampionsGate courses give Omni guests priority, with public tee times sold through GolfLink and GolfNow. Orange County National books Panther Lake, Crooked Cat and the Tooth on one TeeItUp page with dynamic rates, and its insiders' advice is to book January-April mornings early.
Guest-only courses: book with the room
Some of the best-known courses have no public Orlando tee times at all:
- Bay Hill: the club's golf page says the courses are available only to members and guests staying at Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club & Lodge. Ask for tee times when you book the room; the window was not published.
- Tranquilo: reserved for Four Seasons Resort Orlando guests and club members, through the concierge (407-313-7777) or golf shop (407-313-6880). Older listings mention public booking; treat it as not available.
- Reunion's Palmer, Watson and Nicklaus: for members, Reunion Resort guests and guests of partner vacation-home managers. Some GolfLink inventory showed Reunion tee times at $110-185 in September 2026, so off-peak non-guest access may exist; confirm with the resort.
The Reunion course guide explains the rental route, and Bay Hill golf covers the Lodge.
Public courses and GolfNow
Many Orlando tee times are sold on GolfNow, and some, such as White Heron, Clermont National, Legends and the two Stonegate courses at Solivita (Cypress and Oaks), book mainly there. Others run their own systems:
- TeeItUp: Orange County National, the two Winter Park city courses, Rio Pinar, Twin Rivers, Eagle Creek, Wekiva, Green Valley and Mount Dora.
- foreUP: Black Bear in Eustis.
- Teesnap: Forest Lake in Ocoee.
- Own site: Dubsdread (which says the lowest rates are online), Celebration, Falcon's Fire, Mystic Dunes, Casselberry, Royal St. Cloud and Harmony.
- Online or phone: Kissimmee Bay and Remington (407-344-4004).
Community courses can restrict public times. Kings Ridge has online booking, but whether non-residents can book every day was not confirmed, and Solivita's public times may be limited in peak season.
Timing tips for Orlando tee times
- Book the day the window opens for January-April mornings, especially in February and March, when snowbirds, spring breaks and the Arnold Palmer Invitational overlap.
- Check closures first. Winter Park Golf Course and Winter Park Pines each shut one day a month for maintenance, and the Disney courses overseed in November-December.
- In summer, book the first times. From June to September afternoon thunderstorms with lightning stop play most days.
- Allow for traffic. I-4 near the parks can add 15-45 minutes at rush hour, so leave margin for an early tee time.

Questions golfers ask
How far in advance can I book tee times in Orlando?
It depends on the course. Disney's Magnolia, Palm and Lake Buena Vista open 90 days ahead, the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club at Grande Lakes about four months (per a Golf Monthly guide) and the Grand Cypress courses 60 days for non-guests. Most public courses are shorter: Mayfair 14 days and Winter Park Golf Course 3 days.
How do I book Disney golf tee times?
On golfwdw.com or by phone at 407-WDW-GOLF (407-939-4653). Magnolia, Palm and Lake Buena Vista open 90 days ahead for everyone, and Oak Trail 30 days. Tee times are capped at four players, and you must cancel 24 hours ahead.
Do Disney hotel guests get earlier golf tee times?
Not according to the golfwdw.com rates page read November 4, 2026, which says Disney resort guests and day visitors share the same 90-day window and the same public rates. Grand Cypress is different: Evermore and Conrad Orlando guests book earlier than the public's 60 days.
Can anyone book tee times at Bay Hill?
No. The club's golf page says the courses are for members and guests staying at the Lodge. Lodge guests book tee times through the club; how far ahead was not published, so ask when you book the room.
What booking systems do Orlando courses use?
A mix. Orange County National, Winter Park's two city courses, Rio Pinar, Twin Rivers, Eagle Creek, Wekiva, Green Valley and Mount Dora use TeeItUp; Black Bear uses foreUP; Forest Lake uses Teesnap; Grand Cypress uses an rguest page; Disney has golfwdw.com; and many courses sell mainly through GolfNow.
What are the cancellation rules for Orlando tee times?
They vary: Disney needs 24 hours, Providence 48 hours, and Stoneybrook West 24 hours by calling the shop. Prepaid GolfNow hot deals at Stoneybrook East need a $10 non-refundable deposit. Read the policy before you book a group.
How do big groups book Orlando tee times?
Call the golf shop. Disney caps each tee time at four, so a group of 12 needs three times in a row, best booked the day the 90-day window opens. Falcon's Fire runs a large tournament and outing business, and ChampionsGate's two Omni courses suit big groups staying in nearby villas.
