The Disney World golf courses are Magnolia, Palm and Lake Buena Vista, three public 18s, plus Oak Trail, a nine-hole walking course. Anyone can book them 90 days ahead (30 for Oak Trail) on golfwdw.com or 407-939-4653, at the same rates Disney hotel guests pay. Disney's fifth course, the old Osprey Ridge, is now Tranquilo, and only Four Seasons guests and members can play it. This guide covers all five with their tees, closures, booking rules, discounts and the hotel perks. Facts were read from golfwdw.com on November 4, 2026 unless noted.

Magnolia: the long one
Magnolia is the biggest of the Disney World golf courses: a Joe Lee design from 1971, reimagined in 2023, with large raised greens, water on 11 holes and dozens of bunkers. Holes 14-17 were rebuilt as Grumpy's Gauntlet, and every hole carries a Disney film name. It was a PGA Tour venue for the Walt Disney World Golf Classic and its successor. From the Classic tees it rates 76.6/142; from the White it is a fair 72.3/133. The clubhouse, shared with Palm, has a Champions Room, lockers and showers, a range, and an 18-hole putting course. Our Magnolia course guide has the hole map.
Palm: tighter and prettier
Palm is Magnolia's sister, redesigned in 2013 by Arnold Palmer Design Company with new greens, tees and bunkers. It is tree-lined, with water on nine holes and 59 bunkers, and asks for accuracy more than length. The research picks it for mixed-ability family groups because it is shorter. Read the Palm course guide.
Lake Buena Vista: new greens for 2026-27
Lake Buena Vista is Disney's gentlest 18, a 1972 Joe Lee course through villas, pines and lakes near Disney Springs, with an island green at the 7th. It closed on May 4, 2026 for a rebuild of every green, the bunkers, tees, irrigation and drainage. The official course page says it is expected to reopen on Monday, November 9, 2026, so do not book it before then, and expect the new greens to be firm in the first weeks. It is the easiest Disney course to reach from the Bonnet Creek and Lake Buena Vista hotels.
Oak Trail: the family nine
Oak Trail is a walking nine of 132 to 517 yards beside Shades of Green, with holes 5-7 around a canal and pond and junior tees. You need photo ID at the Shades of Green gate. Pull carts are $9. It also hosts FootGolf at $29 from September 25, 2026 to January 7, 2027, $35 from January 8 to March 21, 2027, and $25 in summer. A good two-hour slot on a rest day between parks.

Rates, twilight and discounts
Disney's rates page publishes seasons, not dollar 18-hole prices:
| Season | Dates | Versus winter peak |
|---|---|---|
| Fall | Sep 25, 2026-Jan 7, 2027 | about 20% savings |
| Winter | Jan 8-Mar 21, 2027 | peak |
| Spring | Mar 22-May 31, 2027 | about 20% savings |
| Summer | Jun 1-Sep 30, 2027 | about 40% savings |
Rates are lower Monday to Thursday and after noon. Twilight is about 45% off the morning rate and Super Twilight about 60% off; from November 1, 2026 to January 7, 2027 they start at 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm, moving later through spring. The Sunset 9 is $55-65 after 3 pm to January 7 and $65-75 from January 8 to March 13. Florida residents get 25% off with proof, as do juniors and same-day replays. Disney Vacation Club members, Annual Passholders, US military and AAA Diamond members get 15% off.
Booking rules and hotel perks
Carts are required and included, non-metal spikes only, no denim, a maximum of four per tee time, and 24 hours to cancel. Lessons run from the Magnolia and Palm range. For how Disney's window compares with other Orlando courses, see Orlando tee times.
An undated golfwdw.com perks page says Disney Resort hotel guests get a 90-day window, golf discounts and a complimentary taxi between the hotel and the four courses, and that clubs can be stored with Bell Services. The rates page read in November 2026 says resort guests pay public rates, so confirm any discount. The closest Disney hotels to the Magnolia and Palm clubhouse are the Polynesian Village, 3 minutes away, and the Grand Floridian, 4-5 minutes. Saratoga Springs is a minute from Lake Buena Vista. Disney-owned hotels charge no resort fee. Guests of the Swan and Dolphin, Signia by Hilton Bonnet Creek and the Four Seasons get preferred access and discounts but not the taxi. Tranquilo: Disney's fifth course, for Four Seasons guests
Tranquilo was Disney's Osprey Ridge, a 1992 Tom Fazio design, renovated by Fazio and reopened in October 2014 as the golf club of the Four Seasons Resort Orlando. It is a par 71 of 6,901 yards from the back. Four Seasons says play is for resort guests and club members, booked through the concierge or the golf shop. Older listings mention a 30-day public window; treat public access as not available. The Four Seasons resort fee is $56.25 a night.
Other courses near the parks
The Waldorf Astoria Golf Club in Bonnet Creek is public and rates 74.5/145, and Hawk's Landing at the World Center Marriott is about five minutes from EPCOT by the course's estimate.
