Orlando resort fees at the golf resorts ran from $34.05 to $61.88 a night in 2026, on top of the room rate, and most add $38 to $58 a day to park. At Grande Lakes, the Omni ChampionsGate or the World Center Marriott, fees and self-parking add about $93 to $104 a night. Disney-owned hotels charge no resort fee.

This guide lists the resort fee and parking at every golf resort and golf-area hotel on our map, shows what they add over a typical four-night trip and where you can avoid them. Resort fees come from resortfeechecker's Orlando list (entries dated April to November 2026); parking comes from the same list and resort pages. Fees change, so confirm at booking.

The Grande Lakes estate

The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott share the Grande Lakes course, a Greg Norman design that hosts the PNC Championship. Their resort fees are the highest on the list, and the Ritz figure rose from $59.63 in October 2025 to $61.88 by April 2026. The JW is the better value of the two: lower room rates as a rule and a published $42 self-parking rate. Guests do get a golf discount: a 2025 guide put guest rates at $269-345 against $299-375 for the public. See the Grande Lakes course guide.

Timing matters here too. Big conventions at the Orange County Convention Center push up Grande Lakes, Universal-area and International Drive room rates, and the PGA Show (Jan 26-29, 2027) is the biggest golf one. The PNC Championship (Dec 14-20, 2026) also fills both hotels and closes the course to guest play around the event, so a fee-paying stay that week may come with no golf at all.

ChampionsGate and the World Center Marriott

The Omni's fee rose from $45.80 in 2025 to $54.96 in 2026. It covers the fitness center, pools and hot tub, sports equipment, in-room water, coffee, the safe and phone calls, but not golf at International or National.

The World Center Marriott's fee went from $47.00 to $52.87 and includes shuttle service and wired wifi. It has one offset: Marriott lists a $25 nightly golf credit at Hawk's Landing for hotel guests, which would cover about half the fee on golf days. The Hawk's Landing course guide has the tees.

Bonnet Creek, Four Seasons and Disney property

The Waldorf Astoria, Signia, Four Seasons, Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress and the Swan and Dolphin all sat at $56.25 on the November 2026 list. The Four Seasons fee buys the only access to Tranquilo, which is reserved for resort guests and members. The Waldorf's fee includes the fitness center and in-room bottled water; the Waldorf Astoria Golf Club is next door.

Reunion: the fee follows you into the vacation home

Reunion's hotel was listed at $47.40 a night, and agencies quote a compulsory fee of about $35-40 per unit per night for owners' homes, whether or not you book through the resort. That is the price of access to the Palmer, Watson and Nicklaus courses, which are for members and resort guests. Over a month the home fee adds $1,000 or more. See Orlando vacation homes for golf.

Golf resorts with no fee, or no published fee

Golf-area hotels with smaller fees

Away from the resorts, the Holiday Inn Disney Springs Area charges $43.88 and the Fairfield Inn in Marriott Village a $5.63 destination fee. The Gaylord Palms charges $51.53 and has no golf. Most chain hotels near the courses were not on the list, which is a good sign but not proof of no fee; see cheap hotels near Orlando golf courses.

How to keep Orlando resort fees down

  1. Compare the full nightly cost: room, resort fee, parking and tax.
  2. Use a Disney-owned hotel for golf around park days, or the OCN Lodge for a pure golf trip.
  3. Pick the cheaper twin. The JW publishes self-parking that the Ritz does not.
  4. Use the golf credit at the World Center Marriott on golf days.
  5. For groups, rent a house outside Reunion, where no resort fee was quoted.
  6. Check every fee at booking. The Omni and World Center Marriott fees rose 12-20% in a year.
