All 18 holes: Clermont golf courses: Kings Ridge, Legends, Clermont National, Green Valley and Bella Collina

Clermont golf courses are the value end of west Orlando: Clermont National, renovated in 2023; Legends, a mid-priced daily-fee course; the two Kings Ridge courses; Green Valley with $29 twilight golf; and the RV-park course at Clerbrook. Bella Collina in neighbouring Montverde is private. Clermont is about 38 minutes from downtown Orlando and 47 from Disney Springs.

Clermont, Minneola and Montverde sit in the Lake County hills, the only real relief on the Orlando board, and they draw snowbirds as much as trip golfers. Prices were seen in November 2026 unless dated, and they change.

Clermont National

Clermont National is a public course on the old Sanctuary Ridge and Diamond Players Club site, renovated in 2023. It is priced above its neighbours: GolfNow showed tee times from $69.99 for November 5, 2026, against $45 at Legends. Its Google rating is 4.5 from about 400 reviews, the best of the Clermont public courses, but the research calls its reputation unproven since the renovation. Tee times are on GolfNow. See the Clermont National course guide.

Legends Golf & Country Club

Legends is a daily-fee course in the Legends community. Book it on GolfNow or by phone and ignore the old club domain, which no longer works. GolfNow showed tee times from $45 for November 5, 2026. It is a sound mid-priced round for west-side groups.

Kings Ridge: the Kings and Ridge courses

Kings Ridge Golf Club is in the Kings Ridge community off US-27, with two courses:

  • Kings Course: a short, gentle Lloyd Clifton par 71, 6,269 yards from the back tees. Good for a relaxed round. See the Kings Course guide.
  • Ridge Course: a Ron Garl executive 18, par 57 and 3,660 yards, for a quick, easy round.

The club has online booking and a membership page, but whether non-residents can book every day was not confirmed. Call before you build a trip around it. No rates were published on the pages read.

Green Valley Country Club

Green Valley, west of Clermont, describes its course, bar and grill as open to the public, and books on TeeItUp. It is a par 72 of 6,614 yards. The deal is $29 after 3pm every day and $29 all day on Tuesdays, from its site read in November 2026, with 15% off for first responders. Individual, family, junior and seasonal memberships are sold without published prices; the seasonal membership is the one for snowbirds, so ask. See the Green Valley course guide.

Clerbrook and Swiss Fairways

Clerbrook Golf & RV Resort on US-27, north of Clermont, has its own course. Resort guests are the main users, but outsiders can book on GolfNow, from $29.99 for November 5, 2026. It is one of the few Orlando-area RV parks with golf on site.

Swiss Fairways Country Club is a small community course west of Clermont with a new layout. Public tee times are on the club site; its rates and scorecard pages were not read. It is a cheap local round rather than a trip course.

Bella Collina and the private side

Bella Collina Golf Club in Montverde is a private club community, with a Google rating of 4.8. Visitors play only through a member, and the club's guest policy was not read. There is no resort or rental route in our files. For the other private clubs around Orlando, see private golf clubs in Orlando.

Mission Inn: 27 minutes north

Clermont National is about 27 minutes from Mission Resort + Club in Howey-in-the-Hills, where El Campeon and Las Colinas both take public tee times. A Clermont base can cover both. See Mission Inn golf.

When to play

Clermont shares Orlando's climate. NOAA's 1991-2020 normals at Orlando International give about 72F highs and 50F lows in January and about 79F in March, with 6 to 7 rain days a month from January to April.

  • January to April: peak demand from snowbirds; book tee times as soon as windows open.
  • November and December: shoulder pricing in the driest weeks of the year.
  • June to September: the cheapest golf, but afternoon thunderstorms most days. Green Valley's $29 twilight looks less attractive when a storm is building; play at dawn.

Off the course

Lake Louisa State Park has lakes, trails and cabins in the Clermont hills, near the Lake County courses. Sugarloaf Mountain, a landmark peak north of Clermont, shows how hilly this corner is. The research names Clermont, along with Winter Garden and the Lake County towns, among the usual condo and home bases for snowbirds.

Who Clermont golf suits

Clermont golf courses suit snowbirds who want cheap, uncrowded golf and a seasonal membership, RV owners at Clerbrook, and groups that want a west-side base for Orange County National and Mission Inn without paying resort fees. It is a long way from the parks for a family trip. For the courses on the way into Orlando, see Winter Garden golf courses; for the lowest prices across the area, see cheap golf in Orlando; and for how a season fits together, see Orlando winter golf.
