One flag per course: Laughlin golf courses: every course open to visitors, from Laughlin to Lake Havasu

There are eleven Laughlin golf courses open to visitors on our map, from Laughlin Ranch in the Bullhead City foothills to the two Lake Havasu Golf Club courses about 94 minutes south. Eight sit within 40 minutes of the Laughlin-Bullhead City Bridge. Three more sit off the map in Kingman and Parker.

Only one of them, Mojave Resort, is actually in Nevada. The rest are across the river in Arizona or down the road in Needles, California, which matters because two clocks meet here. This guide lists all the Laughlin golf courses side by side with their length, slope, drive time and the fees we saw in October 2026.

Quick facts

  • Open to visitors on the map: 11 courses (nine 18-hole courses and two nines).
  • Hardest: Laughlin Ranch, slope 143 from 7,155 yards.
  • Priciest: Laughlin Ranch, $137 to $169 with cart in winter and spring (2027 rate table).
  • Cheapest seen: Riverview's par-3 nine, $10 to $13 on GolfNow deals.
  • Two clocks: Laughlin and Needles are on Pacific time; the Arizona courses are one hour ahead from November 1, 2026 to March 14, 2027.
  • Fall closures: most courses close for overseed for a few weeks between early September and mid-October; Desert West and Chaparral were still closed in late October 2026.

The Laughlin golf courses closest to the casinos

Laughlin Ranch is the course most visitors come for. It is a hilly David Druzisky design from 2005 in the foothills east of Bullhead City, with forced carries over desert washes and river views. A cart is mandatory. The 2027 table on the club's rates page runs from $80 Monday to Thursday in late summer to $169 Friday to Sunday from February 22 to April 11, with local residents paying much less. Our Laughlin Ranch course guide has the full rate bands.

Riverview is a 1,160-yard par-3 nine inside a gated 55+ RV resort. Non-residents can play: it sold public GolfNow tee times for late October and early November 2026.

Chaparral is Bullhead City's original course from 1966, a 9-holer played as a par-60 loop. The city took it over in 2025-26, and it is closed for reseeding until November 10, 2026. See our guide to Bullhead City golf for more on these three.

South along the river: Mojave Resort, Huukan, El Rio and Los Lagos

Mojave Resort is the Nevada-side course, a flat Lee Schmidt and Brian Curley layout from 1997 beside the Avi Resort & Casino. Wind is its main defence, and the par-3 17th carries a $100,000 hole-in-one prize offer. No 2026-27 rate card is published; the club says to call 702-535-4653. Its tee sheet runs on Pacific time. The Mojave Resort course guide covers the details.

Huukan is the former Desert Lakes in Fort Mohave, now run by the same operator as Mojave Resort. It is flat, tree-lined and has water on several holes, with a slope of 115 from the 6,444-yard Black tees.

El Rio in Mohave Valley is the second-longest course near Laughlin, after Laughlin Ranch, at 7,143 yards. Locals bought it and reopened it in 2015. It charged $45 with cart in summer 2026, but it has dropped off GolfNow, so call 928-768-3574 before you plan around it.

Los Lagos is a Ted Robinson Sr. desert course from 2007 in Fort Mohave. It was taking tee times in October 2026, but its clubhouse and pro shop were closed for fire repairs over the summer, and the 2025 storm kept the front nine shut for a long stretch. Ask about conditions when you book. Our Fort Mohave golf guide compares these courses.

Needles: Rivers Edge on California time

Rivers Edge is the City of Needles' municipal course on the river, 40 minutes south of the bridge. It is flat, walkable and runs on Pacific time, the same clock as Laughlin. Daily green fees are not published, but the 2026-27 passes are: $1,200 for three months with cart and range, or $285 a month walking.

Lake Havasu City: Lake Havasu Golf Club and Iron Wolf

Lake Havasu Golf Club, formerly London Bridge Golf Club, has two courses on one site. Desert West is the original 1967 course and the tougher one, at $94 public before noon, $82 after noon and $50 after 3 PM on the 2026/2027 table. Desert East is shorter and cheaper at $82, $76 and $48. The West was off the public sheet for overseed in late October 2026.

Iron Wolf is the former Refuge, a private Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay hill course now open to the public. It is a short par 70 with a Toptracer range, and it reopened from overseed on October 7, 2026. No rate sheet is posted online. Read our Lake Havasu golf guide for the full picture.

More Laughlin golf courses off the map: Kingman and Parker

Cerbat Cliffs, Kingman's municipal course, is about 50 minutes from the bridge and has bentgrass greens. Valle Vista is on Route 66 east of Kingman, about 70 minutes away. Our Kingman golf courses guide covers both. South of Havasu, Emerald Canyon near Parker is a county-owned canyon course with a slope of 132 from 6,437 yards, about $80 with cart in winter 2025-26.

Laughlin golf courses that are closed or unconfirmed

  • Havasu Island Golf Course (the Island Golf Club at the Nautical): closed around 2018; the land was sold in 2023.
  • Bridgewater Links at London Bridge Resort: status unclear, call first.
  • Willow Springs on Highway 95 in Mohave Valley: status unclear, call first.
  • Havasu Springs near Parker Dam: status unclear, call first.

Two renamings also confuse searches: Desert Lakes is now Huukan, and the Refuge is now Iron Wolf.

Two clocks and the overseed window

Laughlin (Nevada) and Needles (California) use Pacific time. Bullhead City, Fort Mohave, Mohave Valley and Lake Havasu City are in Arizona, with no daylight saving. From November 1, 2026 to March 14, 2027, 9:00 AM in Bullhead City is 8:00 AM on Casino Drive. A casino guest with a winter tee time at Laughlin Ranch must leave an hour earlier by the hotel clock. Our Laughlin time zone guide explains it.

Most Laughlin golf courses are bermuda overseeded with rye, so expect closures somewhere between early September and mid-October, and at a few courses into November. Check our Laughlin golf overseed guide and Laughlin golf rates before booking a fall trip.
