Beau Rivage golf means one thing: Fallen Oak. The Tom Fazio course in Saucier is open only to Beau Rivage guests, so you book the room and the round together, and the resort drives you the roughly 30 minutes to the course. Package prices were not published in October 2026; older stay-and-play deals started at $180 per person.

This guide covers what a Beau Rivage stay gives a golfer, how the Fallen Oak booking works, what we know about pricing and which other courses are easy from the hotel. Nightly room rates were not checked for this guide, so where a price is missing, we say so. Compare weeknights before you book, because Biloxi casino rooms cost far less from Sunday to Thursday.

Quick facts

  • The course: Fallen Oak, Tom Fazio, opened 2006, par 72, 7,487 yards and slope 142 from the tips.

  • Resort fee: $23.52 a night (June 2026 tracker; confirm).
  • Room rates: not checked for this guide. Weeknights are usually far cheaper than Friday and Saturday.

Beau Rivage golf: what the stay includes

Beau Rivage is the MGM resort on Beach Boulevard in central Biloxi and the largest on the coast, with about 1,700 rooms and suites, a spa, pools and several restaurants and bars. For a golfer the stay does three things:

  1. It opens Fallen Oak. Golf is sold with the room as stay-and-play, and nobody else can book you on.
  2. It handles the drive. The resort provides transportation between the hotel and the course.
  3. It puts dinner in walking distance. BR Prime is the resort's steakhouse, and Mary Mahoney's Old French House and Half Shell Oyster House are a short walk away.

The research does not list golf extras beyond the tee time and transport, so ask what the package covers. The cart is listed as included in the resort package, but that should be confirmed.

How to book Fallen Oak through Beau Rivage

Book the room first, and ask for the golf package at the same time. The resort books Fallen Oak tee times with the room reservation, and the booking window is not published, so ask how far ahead you can lock a time when you call.

The current package we found, via a stay-and-play listing, is "1 night, 1 round" for two in a standard room, bookable on request through December 31, 2026. No public rate card was posted. GolfLink estimated about $275 for 18 with a cart, and older packages were quoted from $180 per person, double occupancy. Treat those as reference points, not quotes. Our Fallen Oak tee time guide walks through the steps, and is Fallen Oak worth it weighs the cost.

The course you are paying for

Fallen Oak sits on rolling ground in pines and live oaks north of I-10. It has wide fairways, big greens and a quiet, private-club feel because only resort guests play. It is regularly ranked the top course in Mississippi.

Tee Yards Rating / slope (men)
Tips7,48776.5 / 142
2nd6,93873.7 / 141
3rd6,54971.7 / 138
4th6,12370.2 / 131
5th5,36267.3 / 124 (women 71.1 / 127)

Most visiting golfers will be happier on the 3rd or 4th tees. The Fallen Oak course guide has the full course detail.

Fallen Oak hosted the PGA Tour Champions event on the coast from 2010 (Grand Bear hosted the final edition in 2022), and that event has not been played since 2022. Today's event is the Fallen Oak Collegiate Invitational, held October 17-19 in 2026. Expect guest tee times to be limited that week, though that is not confirmed.

What Beau Rivage costs by night

We did not read Beau Rivage's nightly rates from its booking engine for this guide, so we cannot give current prices. What the research does show:

  • Weekday vs weekend: Biloxi casino rooms are usually far cheaper Sunday to Thursday than on Friday and Saturday, and Saturday is typically the most expensive night.
  • One published example: a Beau Rivage group block for a spring 2023 conference was $154 Sunday to Thursday and $174 Friday and Saturday, plus tax.
  • Resort fee: $23.52 per night on a June 2026 tracker, added on top.
  • Loyalty: MGM Rewards offers can cut or comp midweek rooms.
  • Flights: Gulfport-Biloxi International lists MGMAir, a casino charter program for Beau Rivage.

The cheapest way to play Fallen Oak is a midweek package. Our weekday vs weekend Biloxi hotel prices guide shows how large the spread is at the hotels where we could see rates.

Other courses from Beau Rivage

Fallen Oak is the reason for a Beau Rivage golf stay, but a two- or three-night trip needs more rounds. Free-flow drive times from the hotel on the map:

Course Minutes Green fee seen (Oct 2026)
Sunkist19$79 Mon-Thu / $89 Fri-Sun; $59-$69 after 2 PM
Shell Landing25Not posted; GolfLink estimate about $99
The Preserve27$175 Tue-Wed, $225 Thu-Sun, $150 after 3 PM (fall 2026)
Fallen Oak28Guests only; package price on request
Windance40$110; $85 from 2 PM

Grand Bear, the Jack Nicklaus course in Saucier, is the other big inland round and is open to the public. Directories quote $65 to $150 depending on the day, and GolfLink estimates about $170, so check rates. Our Fallen Oak vs Grand Bear comparison sets them side by side.

Beau Rivage vs the casino next door

Hard Rock Biloxi sits next door on Beach Boulevard and suits a buddies group that wants nightlife, but it cannot get you onto Fallen Oak. If Fallen Oak is the point of the trip, at least one night has to be at Beau Rivage. A common plan is one or two Beau Rivage nights for the Fallen Oak round, then a cheaper hotel for the rest of the week. Our where to stay in Biloxi for golf guide and the full Biloxi golf packages comparison help you split the stay.

Beau Rivage golf tips before you book

  • Ask for the golf package when you book the room. You must be a guest to play Fallen Oak.

  • Avoid Cruisin' the Coast week in early October, the hardest hotel week of the year.
  • From August to October, check the cancellation terms. Hurricane season runs June 1 to November 30.
