Red-rock poster: Laughlin tee times: booking systems, windows and phone numbers

Laughlin tee times are booked course by course: online sheets on EZLinks, Chronogolf, Quick18, TeeItUp and Club Caddie, resale on GolfNow and TeeOff, or by phone. Almost no course publishes a booking window. Two things matter more than any window: book January to March mornings early, and check which clock the tee sheet uses.

There is no single booking site for Laughlin tee times. Each course picks its own system, a few resell through GolfNow, and one course seems to have left GolfNow this fall. Here is what each course published as of October 27, 2026, with the quirks that catch visitors out.

Quick facts

  • Booking windows: mostly unpublished; Lake Havasu Golf Club's sheet shows about a week at a time.
  • Strictest cancellation rule: Laughlin Ranch, 24 hours or you pay 50%; no-shows pay in full.
  • Busiest months: January to March, when morning tee times go first.
  • Two clocks: Nevada and California courses run Pacific time; Arizona courses run one hour ahead from Nov 1, 2026 to Mar 14, 2027.
  • Casino packages: six Laughlin hotels and one Bullhead City hotel are listed as Laughlin Ranch Stay & Play partners.
  • Closed this fall: Chaparral until Nov 10, 2026, and the Lake Havasu West course for overseed into November.

Laughlin and Bullhead City courses

Laughlin Ranch has the most structured booking. Tee times go through the club site, its Chronogolf page or the club app, and GolfNow and TeeOff list it too. The rules are strict: cancel 24 hours or more ahead or pay 50%, and no-shows are charged in full. Pricing is dynamic, so the posted rates of $137 to $169 with cart for winter and spring non-residents can go higher. Carts are mandatory. The club app also runs a tee time waitlist and sends Daily Deals text alerts. The Laughlin Ranch course guide has the full rate bands.

Mojave Resort, beside the Avi on the Nevada side, books on its own EZLinks sheet or at 702-535-GOLF (702-535-4653). Its sister course, Huukan in Fort Mohave, uses a separate EZLinks sheet under the same Mojave Golf operator. Neither has published 2026 rates or a booking window, so call for rates. The Mojave Resort course guide covers the layout.

Chaparral, now owned and run by the City of Bullhead City, takes bookings through its site or by phone. It is closed for reseeding until November 10, 2026.

Riverview, the par-3 nine inside a 55+ RV resort, sells public tee times on GolfNow. Hot Deals for Oct 28 to Nov 3, 2026 ran $10 to $13 plus a $0.99 booking fee. You do not need to stay in the resort to play.

Fort Mohave, Mohave Valley and Needles

Los Lagos is on GolfNow and TeeOff and takes phone bookings. On October 27, 2026 the next available time on GolfNow was 9:52 AM on October 28. The clubhouse and pro shop were closed for fire repairs and remodeling in summer and fall 2026, so ask what services are running when you book.

El Rio is the one to watch. GolfNow had $45-with-cart times in August 2026 and used to take a 20% deposit at booking, but on October 27 its GolfNow pages returned errors or showed nothing. No new booking system was found, so phone the pro shop.

Rivers Edge, the City of Needles course, books online through Club Caddie or by phone. Daily green fees are not published online, but its winter passes are, including $285 a month walking and $1,200 for three months with cart and range.

Lake Havasu City and Parker

Lake Havasu Golf Club's Desert West and Desert East share one public Quick18 sheet. Members book on a separate sheet. The public date bar shows about a week at a time, so seven days is the likely window, though the club does not say so. On October 28, 2026 the East had 40 public times from 9:48 AM to 4:54 PM, while the West showed none because it was closed for overseed.

Price depends on when you tee off. West public rates are $94 before noon, $82 after noon and $50 after 3 PM; East rates are $82, $76 and $48. A VIP Discount Card ($209, or $189 in September) cuts those rates. The Lake Havasu Golf Club West course guide has the full table.

Iron Wolf, the former Refuge, books through TeeItUp or by phone at 928-764-1404, option 2, and also resells on GolfNow and TeeOff. Rates are not posted online. A GolfNow deal of $33.26 appeared for October 8, 2026, against an unofficial peak figure of about $85.

Emerald Canyon, south near Parker, is the only course that put a price on booking early. In winter 2025-26 the round cost $80 if booked within seven days and $90 if booked further out.

Kingman

Cerbat Cliffs, the Kingman municipal course, is resold on GolfNow and TeeOff. A GolfNow Hot Deal on August 23, 2026 was $50 with cart. It is about 50 minutes from the Laughlin bridge.

Book around the two clocks

Laughlin and Needles run on Pacific time. Bullhead City, Fort Mohave, Mohave Valley, Kingman and Lake Havasu City run on Arizona time, with no daylight saving. From November 1, 2026 to March 14, 2027, a 9:00 AM tee time in Bullhead City is 8:00 AM on a Laughlin casino clock. Laughlin tee times on an Arizona course are shown in Arizona time, so a casino guest heading to an Arizona course needs to leave an hour earlier by the hotel clock. Our Laughlin time zone guide walks through it.

Stay-and-play bookings

If you stay on Casino Drive, the hotel may book your Laughlin tee times for you. Laughlin Ranch says Harrah's, the Aquarius, the Edgewater and the Tropicana reserve tee times during the room booking. The Riverside package needs both room and tee times booked through the hotel. A GolfTroop listing priced a Riverside sample (four golfers, three Laughlin Ranch rounds, Sunday to Thursday) at $107 to $299 per person per night by date. The Avi says its guests get reduced rates at Mojave Resort but gives no figure. See Laughlin golf packages for the full list.

When to book

  • January to March: book morning Laughlin tee times as early as each sheet allows. This is the winter-visitor peak and morning times go first.
  • November and April: easier, with winter visitors still arriving in November and leaving through April.
  • Late September to early November: check overseed closures before you book anything. See Laughlin golf overseed.
  • May to September: quiet sheets and summer rates, but take the first tee time. See Laughlin summer golf.

Winter visitors staying for weeks should compare pass prices before booking Laughlin tee times round by round: golf season passes around Lake Havasu and Laughlin covers the published ones, and Laughlin golf rates lists daily fees. For how another desert town handles booking, see Mesquite tee times.

Questions golfers ask

How far ahead can I book Laughlin tee times?

Most courses around Laughlin do not publish a booking window. Lake Havasu Golf Club's public sheet shows about a week at a time, so seven days is likely but unconfirmed. Emerald Canyon charged $90 instead of $80 in winter 2025-26 for rounds booked more than seven days out.

Where do I book Laughlin Ranch tee times?

Through the club site, its Chronogolf page or the club app; GolfNow and TeeOff also list it. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead or you pay 50%, and no-shows are charged in full. Pricing is dynamic, so rates can run above the posted table.

Do Laughlin tee times use Nevada or Arizona time?

It depends on the course. Mojave Resort in Laughlin and Rivers Edge in Needles run on Pacific time. Laughlin Ranch, Huukan, Los Lagos, El Rio, Chaparral, Riverview and the Lake Havasu courses run on Arizona time, which is one hour ahead from Nov 1, 2026 to Mar 14, 2027.

Can I get cheap Laughlin tee times on GolfNow?

Sometimes. GolfNow Hot Deals at Riverview ran $10 to $13 plus a $0.99 booking fee for Oct 28 to Nov 3, 2026, and Iron Wolf had a $33.26 deal for Oct 8, 2026. Deals are prepaid and change daily, so treat them as a bonus, not a plan.

Is El Rio Golf Club still on GolfNow?

Apparently not. On Oct 27, 2026 its GolfNow pages returned errors or showed no times, and no replacement booking system was found. Call the pro shop at 928-768-3574 to book and to confirm it is taking winter play.

When do tee times sell out around Laughlin?

January to March is the winter-visitor peak, and morning tee times go first. RV parks along the river are full and season passes are at their peak, so book mornings well ahead in those months.

Can a casino hotel book my tee time?

Yes, for Laughlin Ranch. Harrah's, the Aquarius, the Edgewater and the Tropicana reserve tee times during the room booking, and the Riverside package needs the room and tee times booked through the hotel. Package prices are mostly unpublished.
