Fact box: Bridgewater Links Lake Havasu status: what is confirmed, what isn't, and where else to play

Bridgewater Links in Lake Havasu is the 9-hole, par-30 executive course at London Bridge Resort, along the Bridgewater Channel. Its status for 2026-27 is unclear, so call first: the resort still advertises it, but no tee sheet, dated 2026 rate or recent dated review could be found. If you need sure golf in Havasu, book Lake Havasu Golf Club or Iron Wolf.

The fair reading: Bridgewater Links probably still operates, but nothing proves it was taking golfers in October 2026. That is why it is not on the map. Call 928-855-4777 or the resort on 928-855-0888 before you plan around it.

The layout

Bridgewater Links is a short executive nine along the channel river walk, with views of the London Bridge.

Tee Yards Par
Championship1,80830
Middle1,67830
Forward1,47130

GoLakeHavasu gives a total of 1,769 yards and a slope of 93. No course ratings were found. It is a beginner-friendly nine.

Reviewers mention hard, bouncy ground and some patchy grass. It is a fun nine, not a conditioning showpiece. The resort press page lists pull carts and motorized carts, and the course has rental clubs and a pro shop.

No current rates are published.

  • Directory range: $25 to $40 in green fees (GoLakeHavasu, undated).
  • Promotion: a September "buy one green fee, get one free" deal, year not stated.
  • Not real prices: the course site shows a "$129 / $119 locals / $89 members" block that is theme placeholder text, not a rate card.
  • Booking: by phone. An older directory says reservations open up to one week ahead. Online booking was not working on the course site in October 2026.

Staying at London Bridge Resort

London Bridge Resort owns the course and lists it among guest activities, with no separate guest green fee. Its golf page has advertised 15% off best available rates and a 3-night stay with a play credit, stated as $100 in one place and $150 in another. Confirm what the package includes before booking.

The course is walkable from the resort, and it fits an hour on the day you check in. The HEAT Hotel on the channel is about half a mile away, around a 9-minute walk.

The resort gives no guest rate at the full-length Lake Havasu Golf Club courses, so book those separately.

Desert West is the original London Bridge course, a hillside layout and the tougher of the pair. Desert East is shorter and gentler, the better pick for beginners who have outgrown a par-30 nine. Desert West was closed for overseed in late October 2026, with no reopening date published.

Iron Wolf is the former Refuge, a hilly Palmer design that is now public, with a Toptracer range. Emerald Canyon is a county-owned canyon course on the Parker Strip, closed October 1 to November 1, 2026 for overseed.

For practice rather than a round, the Toptracer bays at Iron Wolf (open Wednesday to Sunday) and the Back Nine Golf simulators on McCulloch Blvd are the options found in town.

The closed Island course

Some listings still mention a short course on the Island beside the Nautical Beachfront Resort. The Island Golf Club at the Nautical (Havasu Island Golf Course) closed around 2018. The Arizona State Land Department auctioned the land in 2023, and FalconEye Ventures of Scottsdale bought it for $24 million, with a roughly 90-acre development plan under city review. The Nautical Beachfront Resort has no golf of its own now.

Havasu Springs Resort near Parker Dam also has a par-3 nine with an unclear status; call 928-667-3361 if you are staying there.
