Lakewood Club - Dogwood Course
The tougher Grand Hotel course, and the one the USGA used for the 2021 Senior Women's Amateur. Three water par 3s and a 141 slope from the back. Worth it if you're staying at the Grand or buying an RTJ package.

Signature holes
- #17 - par 3 (119-209 yds) with water down the entire right and in front of a bulkheaded green
- #3 - par 3 carrying marsh and sand to a large green (217 from the back)
- #4 - par 4 to a green on a peninsula in the pond
- #13 - 238-yd par 3, the longest on the course
Local knowledge
- This is the harder Lakewood 18 (slope 141 vs 131 on Azalea). Higher handicaps should step up a tee - the combo tees (Orange/White 6,344; White/Teal 5,674) are rated.
- Dogwood's maintenance day is Tuesday, and that's also when RTJ ranges close for part of the day - play it Wed-Mon.
- Early June aerification (Jun 1-7, 2026) plus two weeks of recovery - avoid the first half of June.
- #7 is a drivable 310-yd par 4, but the yardage book advises laying up short of the center bunker.

- Hosted the USGA Senior Women's Amateur in 2021 (Dogwood); the club also hosted it in 1974 and 1986, and it is slated to return (Grand Hotel page shows 2028; a 2026 release says 2029)
