Guests of Sandestin resort lodging (stay id sandestin-golf-and-beach-resort) and of the Hilton Sandestin (stay id hilton-sandestin) pay the lower resort rate; the course site says the lower rate is for 'any Resort or Hilton Guest or someone with an amenity card' (sandestin.com: the resort rate goes to guests with a Sandestin Amenity Card). Resort guests get a 6-month booking window against 14 days for the public. Raven is in the Premium stay-and-play package (4+ nights) and has winter Snowbird/Player's Club rates for monthly renters (see fees).

The resort rate saves $29 a round in spring to fall ($130 vs $159) and $14 in winter, so staying inside Sandestin or at the Hilton pays back on a 3-round trip.
Rates drop to $109/$95 from Nov 2, 2026; snowbird renters can play Raven for $65-$75 in Nov-Dec.
Avoid the May and August aeration weeks; the recovery weeks after them are $89 but greens are punched.
