The best course at Sandestin and among the best on the Emerald Coast, but only for members and resort guests, after 1 PM, at $179 in season ($149 winter). Worth planning a Sandestin stay around if you want one top-tier round.

Sandestin says Burnt Pine is 'a semi-private course only available to members and registered guests' of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, and resort-guest tee times are only after 1 p.m. daily. Who qualifies: club members; guests staying in Sandestin resort lodging (stay id sandestin-golf-and-beach-resort); and Hilton Sandestin guests (stay id hilton-sandestin) per the Hilton's golf page, which says its guests have full access to all four courses including Burnt Pine and to call 850-267-6500 for guest pricing. Sandestin's own Burnt Pine wording does not name the Hilton, so confirm when booking. How a visitor books: no online booking; call the Burnt Pine pro shop on 850-267-6500 once you hold a reservation (registered guests can book up to 6 months ahead), or take the Premium stay-and-play package (4+ nights, one round on each of the four courses). The winter Snowbird and Player's Club cards do not include Burnt Pine. |

- The only way in without a membership is to stay inside Sandestin (or at the Hilton, per the Hilton) and play after 1 PM; phone for the tee time as soon as the room is booked.
- From Nov 2, 2026 the rate drops to $149, but a 1 PM start in November needs a steady pace to finish before dark; ask for the first slot after 1.
- The Premium package is the simplest way to lock Burnt Pine into a 4-night trip.
