Las Vegas resort fees are a mandatory nightly charge on top of the room rate and tax, and almost every Strip resort adds one. On a third-party tracker read in November 2026, Strip fees ran $51.02 to $62.36 per room per night including tax, and most Strip hotels also charge about $20 a day to park.
For a golf group, that adds up faster than a green fee. This guide lists Las Vegas resort fees and parking hotel by hotel, the hotels near the courses that charge none, and how to budget both. Figures come from ResortFeeChecker (November 2026) and a Las Vegas Advisor parking table (October 2025); both are third-party and change often.

How to budget Las Vegas resort fees on a golf trip
Work it out per room, not per person, then split it.
| Four nights, per room | Top Strip hotel | New York-New York | Hilton Lake Las Vegas | No-fee Henderson hotel |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Resort fee | $249.44 | $204.08 | $131.08 | $0 |
| Self-parking | $80 (MGM rate) | $80 | not found | confirm at booking |
| Total extras | $329.44 | $284.08 | $131.08 plus any parking | parking only |
For a group of eight sharing four rooms at a $62.36 Strip resort, four nights of resort fees and one car per room comes to about $1,318, or roughly $165 a golfer. That is more than many green fees: the Legacy sold Hot Deals at $46.99 to $57.99 in October 2026, and Bali Hai typically charges $250 to $300 at peak.
Ways to cut it:
- Share rooms and cars. Fees are per room and per car, not per golfer.
- Book midweek. Strip rates swing with conventions and events, and Friday and Saturday are usually the dearest nights; the resort fee does not change, but the total does.
- Use your loyalty tier. Free parking at MGM Rewards Pearl, Caesars Rewards Platinum and Venetian Rewards Sapphire and above.
- Stay where Wynn parking is free. Wynn and Encore guests park free, which offsets part of the fee.
- Split the stay. Two nights at an MGM hotel for Shadow Creek, the rest in a no-fee Henderson hotel.
When the resort fee is worth paying
The fee is the price of entry for two rounds. Shadow Creek is open only to MGM Resorts hotel guests, at $1,250 per player in 2026 (GolfNewsNet), so an MGM resort fee is part of that round's cost. Wynn and Encore guests get booking priority at Wynn Golf Club, which third-party sources put at 90 days for guests against about 30 for the public. See the Shadow Creek course guide, the Wynn Golf Club course guide and the Reflection Bay course guide.

Questions golfers ask
How much are Las Vegas resort fees in 2026?
On a third-party tracker read in November 2026, most Strip resorts charge $51.02 to $62.36 per room per night including tax. Off-Strip casino hotels run lower, from $33 at South Point to $51.30 at Green Valley Ranch, and Red Rock Casino Resort is Strip-level at $62.15. Fees change often, so check at booking.
Which Las Vegas hotels have no resort fee?
No resort fee was reported on the November 2026 tracker for several chain hotels: the Homewood Suites and Best Western Plus in south Henderson, the Hilton Garden Inn, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Aloft in Henderson, the Hampton Inn Red Rock/Summerlin, La Quinta Summerlin Tech, the DoubleTree near the airport, the Boulder Dam Hotel and the Residence Inn South/Henderson. Confirm parking when you book.
Is parking free at Las Vegas Strip hotels?
Mostly not. An October 2025 Las Vegas Advisor table lists $20 per 24 hours to self-park for hotel guests at the MGM hotels, Caesars Palace and the Venetian, and $21 at Resorts World. Wynn and Encore guests self-park free, and top-tier MGM Rewards, Caesars Rewards and Venetian Rewards members park free.
Can you get the Las Vegas resort fee waived?
An aggregator read for our season research says top-tier MGM Rewards and Caesars Rewards members can get the fee waived when booking direct. That is not confirmed on the hotel sites. For everyone else the fee is mandatory on top of the room rate and tax.
Do Lake Las Vegas resorts charge resort fees?
Yes, but less. The tracker lists $32.77 a night at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas and $35 at the Westin Lake Las Vegas, both Reflection Bay Stay-N-Play partners. That is roughly half of the $62.36 charged at the top Strip resorts.
How much does a resort fee add to a four-night golf trip?
At $62.36 a night, four nights add $249.44 per room before parking. Add $20 a day self-parking at an MGM hotel and it is $329.44 per room. A group of eight in four rooms pays about $1,318 in fees and parking, against $524.32 in resort fees alone at the Hilton Lake Las Vegas.
Do the resort fee figures differ between sources?
Yes. The hotel records use ResortFeeChecker, which shows $62.36 with tax at Bellagio and Aria, while another aggregator lists Bellagio, Aria and Mandalay Bay at $50 before tax, or $56.69 with tax. Treat every figure as a guide and read the total on the booking page.
